Amazing service and a wonderful experience. I arrived in London at 9 a.m., and the staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They kindly helped me with an early check-in, which I really appreciated. I was also injured and had difficulty carrying my luggage, so they went out of their way to carry all my bags to the room. They even put some toys in the room for my child, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. The service was excellent, and they were always very quick to respond to messages. I truly appreciate all their help and kindness. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful stay in a great room with lovely people! Our stay was perfect: everything was clean, well-appointed, and ready to go. The room was great and the included bathroom is really nice. It was easy to walk there from the train station. The hosts could not have been lovelier! We happened to arrive on the hottest day of the year, and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and even gave us some free bottled waters on arrival. They were so easy to communicate with, so kind, and so generous, and even offered a few other services we didn't expect for a small fee. Really, really great hospitality! Can't recommend them enough.
