The location is perfect near the river and the central town. Beautiful well cared rooms and the staff were so polite and always ready to provide the best service. Breakfast was excellent and so delicious

Our stay at the Castle Hotel in Windsor was wonderful from start to finish. The location is ideal — right in the heart of Windsor and just steps from the castle — making it easy to explore both the historic sights and the charming town. The hotel itself was comfortable, welcoming, and full of character. What truly made our stay special was the incredibly thoughtful touch of a birthday message and chocolates, which was such a kind and unexpected surprise. It was the perfect way to end a very meaningful trip. The staff was warm and attentive, the atmosphere inviting, and the experience memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Windsor and would happily return.

We had a lovely stay, it was comfortable, clean and roomy.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and the amenities were fantastic. The gym is small but has everything you need for a few days away. The reception area was great for meeting visitors.

Everything went smoothly with our stay. We felt looked after. We have booked again 6th June so nice.

Location is central to Eton collage and Windsor town. Quite / main street in Eton - 2nd floor walk up. Hostess is very sweet, responds to emails fast, and very accommodating. With our schedule, we needed to check out a bit later, which Elena had no issues with. It was a huge relief and peace of mind that we had that option. Master bedroom offered a desk, closet and plenty of natural light. Bathroom is spacious and modern, Plenty of towels provided. Main living room had a pulled out sofa which was already made prior to our arrival. Kitchen had all of the amenities for cooking. Grocery store is a 5 min walk if you want to to eat in or have a quick snack. Otherwise, the apt is close to all high end restaurants. Windsor Castle is roughly 10min talk where you will find more shops, restaurants, train station, etc. Definitely recommend for young single, couples or young families.

Property directions would help. A bit difficult to find but once found, great location!!

Excellent location on Eton High Street, just a short walk over the bridge to Windsor. The communication from the host was excellent and the beds were comfortable. There's a grocery shop across the street and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. Clean, modern apartment. (received a very detailed instruction from the host. It was like a scavenger hunt for the key. My kids loved it)

Excellent location. Very comfortable space. Clean. Quiet. Convenient access to London, Windsor, Heathrow, walks in the surrounding area. Great kitchen and living area. Lovely bathrooms.
