Satomi was very kind, friendly, and helpful; also spoke great English. The apartment is fantastic, pictures really can't do it justice, it's got such a great flow and cozy feeling. We stopped by the Youme grocery store (also really neat compared to what we've seen in the US) and used the kitchen to heat up our meals. The washing machine worked great and was a lifesaver halfway through our vacation. Takeo itself is lovely, definitely pay a visit to the library and the camphor tree and both restaurants we visited were out of this world.

Super conviennent and clean, good view and good location. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit. Bed is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible guesthouse in a nice a traditional Japanese village, right by the train station also. Had the whole dorm to myself that night and was able to cook up a feast. Owner was so friendly and let me keep my bags after check out also.

Everything was excellent. Very nice onsen, indoor and outdoor, with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinner well worth purchasing. This is a first class ryokan.

Such a peaceful and tranquil environment with the beautiful gardens and carefully considered arrangements of flowers and artworks. The staff were exceptional and the food was prepared with the utmost of care. This was the most memorable of places we have ever experienced. We couldn't recommend highly enough.

Both Wifi and private parking are accessible at Omoya Kitahata free of charge. The guest house also includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge, as well as slippers....
