Accommodations in Arita

So cool to stay in an old, traditional house, which had everything we needed. Owner was super friendly and even had some free pottery we were welcome to take. (And he had great suggestions for where to eat nearby and even left us some instant ramen to eat, if we got hungry.) The futon heaters were great and definitely needed when a cold wind storm blew in!

The host is super friendly, and the house is in a really good location. It's clean and neat, a lot of amenities to use.

Absolutely one of my favorite stays in Japan. Wow! Beautiful, comfy, high-end minimal design space that made me feel so good. That little loft bed, fantastic! And make sure to get the full meal plan with breakfast and dinner. The best I ever had. And the service was so great. A really friendly receptionist who was also the waiter - made my stay so comfortable. And hats off to the great chef - yummy good!

Good location, i think it's clean but a bit old for me

Gorgeous property with plenty of space and a comfortable atmosphere. Super close to Arita train station and to local transit. It was very easy to feel right at home. The host is extremely responsive, friendly, and happy to share local knowledge on places to visit around Arita. I would happily stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean and people

The property is set up as an actual village. It was very quaint, with separate homes for each of the room. Inside it was very spacious with many amenities. It was a great little get away outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hosts are very friendly and greeted me with helpful advice and information to ensure a great stay. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable throughout.

This home was the perfect place to stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy and convenient, along with a private backyard that’s great for relaxing. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially in the mornings and evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day of exploring. Located in a truly beautiful and magical town, the entire experience felt peaceful and unforgettable. I have already recommended this place to my friends and family.

knowing the way of a traditional country house the experience was better than I thought. The location is great and the close towns around are just a walk away. If you like walking, its your place. The serenity , quietness and peace all around are stunning. We could feel the love put into the house during its remodeling. Admiring the way to stay as close as possible to original materials and way of building it. The living room is great and wants you to stay overlooking the rice patties all day long.
