Location was close to the airport and subway lines so we could get some rest as soon as we landed and travel easily. The room was very clean and provided the perfect amount of space for the two of us. Overall a nice cozy stay that made our time in Fukuoka easy and memorable.

Outstanding location, easy WALK to the airport domestic terminal (12-15 mins). Great unique view of the airplanes landings/takeoff. NO noise at night from airport. Nice breakfast with both Asian and Western buffet. Metro at subway makes for easy access to the highlights of Fukuoka. Great staff, some English, very quiet hotel and guests. Exceeded my expectations !

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is paid to every detail. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access everything we needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The building is only a couple minutes walk from Higashi Hie station, airport line, so getting to and from the airport is super easy. The units have washing machines and convenient retractable close lines in the laundry/bath sink room. The baths/showers are very clean and well stocked.

We loved the Sumiyoshi area as it was relatively close to Hakata Station (15 minutes) and all its shops and restaurants. Not far to Tenjuin by train and more shops and train connections. We really enjoyed the cherry blossoms around Fukuoka and the lovely range of spring flowers, especially the tulips and emerging azaleas

I recommend it to all solo travelers and travelers with friends or family in Fukuoka.
I ate at Eel Itoshima 鰻いとしま, and it was absolutely amazing.
I recommend walking and seeing the sights. They distribute walking directions for tourists in brochures for free, and you can find them at the airport and other places in the city.

Fukuoka offers a variety of options for tourists, ranging from the amazing food stalls along the river, and the beaches along the bay front near Fukuoka Tower. And if that doesn’t take your fancy and shopping is something you want, then there is the Fukuoka Canal City department store which offers a wide variety of shopping options. This was my first time there, but will definitely come back
