Possibly my favorite Route Inn so far! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable by Route Inn standards. Breakfast was excellent. The onsen was very nice too. There are drugstores, convenience stores, restaurants and Youme Mall all within 5 mins from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Yanagawa.

Everything, the staff is super friendly, location is great. One minute walk to the boat ride. They were able to provide us directions to shops, mall, supermarket, etc. Even though English is not good but the friendlyness and enthusiastic that willing to help is everything.
