Very clean and comfortable, very supportive personnel, nice breakfast. Parking is in the street, however we received offer for support if we had issues with it (arrived on Sunday so we did not have issue with parking). If you choose to eat at La Cuptor (a nearby restaurant which we recommend), mention it at the reception.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, close to all the city's attractions. The rooms were lovely, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very helpful.

Everything! We stayed in the Gold Room after arriving very early in the morning. We had very clear instructions on how to gain access to the property & where the room was. After enduring a near 24 hour day, to find the room was a complete joy. The bed was more comfortable than our own & we slept like babies. This property is immaculate, close to the Piata Mare but very quiet. The garden is charming and the hosts were so, so friendly & helpful. Our only wish was to have stayed longer, but we are very much looking forward to returning at the end of our holiday for our last night before we fly home. We had a great stay here. The apartment was very comfortable in an interesting building with great facilities. The hosts and staff were super friendly and we were offered a couple of complimentary glasses of wine on arrival. There is a nice restaurant on the site and the included breakfast was great. Highly recommended as a base to visit the beautiful town of Sibiu.
