I honestly think it was one of the best experiences. Even though DXB is one of the busiest airports, the area was surprisingly quiet and relaxing. A perfect place for a sleepover.

they gave us the room a couple hours before our check in, we came from a long flight and were super grateful for this. the hotel also has a pool so we were able to relax and recharge !!! the hotel also offers free transportation to the airport

Location and Transport

Located 3 miles (5 kilometres) east of the city centre, Dubai International Airport sees around 83 million passengers pass through its gates each year, making it the busiest airport in the world. It’s well connected by public transport. Metro trains run roughly every ten minutes to/from Terminals 1 and 3, while buses stop opposite Terminal 1, 2 and 3. Taxis carry an AED 25 standard charge from the airport, with a journey time of around 15 minutes.

Passengers with scheduled layovers or unexpected delays can find accommodation in Dubai International Airport or in nearby districts like Garhoud and Port Saeed. Some hotels provide a pick-up shuttle service. Dubai Mall is great for family.

Dubai Mall is great for family. They have a lot to offer to kids. Entertainments of different types for all ages. Those living shopping then a one stop to Dubai Mall is enough. Other great malls to visit are Mall of Emirates, Dubai fastival city mall is also great with evening fountains mixed with laser show. Fastival city mall also has many amazing themes for family to enjoy. On top of that you can take a boat to round till Burj Khalifa. Options of boats either with dinner and drinks or a simple board move.

Sharjah is an excellent place to live, shop, and dine. It offers a wide variety of cuisines, including Pakistani, Indian, Arabic, and local specialties. The city features beautiful sea views, light shows, and numerous shopping destinations. Conveniently located between Ajman and Dubai, Sharjah provides a high standard of living at a relatively lower cost compared to Dubai. There are plenty of recreational and entertainment options available, making it an attractive place for families and professionals alike. Living in Sharjah can be a cost-effective choice for those who work in neighbouring emirates and commute daily. However, commuters should be mindful of heavy traffic congestion during peak hours, particularly in the early morning when travelling to Dubai and in the evening when returning to Sharjah.

It was prohibitively expensive and hard to get around on foot due to all the construction. I also had an issue with a Careem (the equivalent of Uber) driver saying he couldn't accept a credit card and putting me through hell for half an hour before mysteriously being able to accept a credit card when he realised I had no other way to pay him.

A Stay That Truly Touched My HeartFrom the moment I walked into the room, I felt an immediate sense of comfort. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared — from the refrigerator and kettle to the smart TV and private bathroom. But what truly stayed with me was the breathtaking lake view from the balcony. Watching Al Majaz Lake in the evening felt peaceful in a way I didn’t expect. The shared terrace overlooking the water was another beautiful surprise. I spent time there just taking in the view, and it genuinely added something special to my stay. The extra facilities — the gym, massage chair, billiard table, and fully equipped kitchen — made the place feel like a home rather than just accommodation.The location was perfect, the support was warm and friendly, and the value for money was incredible. This place gave me exactly the experience I needed, and I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Sharjah.

Dubai is an amazing destination worthy of a much longer trip than a short stopover. The hospitality standards are amazing - hotel staff, retail staff and F&B staff are some of the friendliest people and so helpful. Everywhere is pristine clean. Dubai has some fantastic attractions and there is always something to do. Getting around is easy, but getting from A to B will usually require a car/taxi. Luckily, taxis are plentiful, easy to book and reasonably inexpensive. It has wonderful weather from late October to April for outdoor activities, and even when it gets a little too hot, there are so many indoor attractions to visit, all temperature controlled, that it is still a great place to visit in the heat of summer.

A normal city, but with a lot of nice place and where is possible to spend good time. The beach area is in maintenance, but are doing a very good work. Is possible to find good restaurant with good service and food, formerly fish. The area of Marsa Ajman is to visit in the evening. For shopping there are the City Centr, the CHina Mall, a lot of market and other interesting shops, of every kind and level.
