All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID. || A damage deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded via credit card subject to an inspection of the property Early departure will incur in full stay charges. || All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. || All bookings that include the night of December 31st, the following compulsory charges apply: AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (ages 6-11) on December 31st. Please note the New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy: a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total stay is required, which includes the mandatory Gala Dinner charges. This deposit will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. || Any guest 12 years or older will be considered an adult and subject to adult pricing. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. || Waterpark access will depend on the number of nights booked. For example, a 1-night stay entitles the guest to one access either after check-in or before check-out.

A damage deposit of AED 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
