The most upmarket Mall, huge.
The most upmarket Mall, huge. Located in the downtown area which is a must see. Musical fountains are nice and the food is superb. Aquarium is a one of its kind and is free to visit. Parking is free and there is plenty of place.

Way too big and too few information points.
Way too big and too few information points. If you look for a certain location this will take you a very long time. It woud be good to have normal maps (not only a touch screen every 250 m) of the mall on every central point so you can get an overview where you are. The direction signs were often confusing as they was sometimes pointing up the stairs but when you arrived upstairs there was no further sign in which direction you have to go.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location is perfect with direct access to Dubai Mall. Cozy bed and comfortable, nice view given to us by Mostafa while doing the check in, they have indoor parking underground , the hotel is 6 mins far from Dubai mall if going by car

Such a great stay in Dubai! The location honestly couldn’t be better, just a short walk from Dubai Mall and so convenient for getting around.
Our room was beautiful, spacious and spotless, with incredible views of the city. Everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time here.
We had such a good experience that we chose to stay here again on our return to Dubai. Definitely a hotel we’ll keep coming back to

I had an occasion in the hotel, the hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. Very family friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. They have a salon, but extremely pricey. I haven’t tried or checked the other facilities or tried the food. Seems more of boutique address hotel. Good value and nice for people who prefer quiet areas. Not connected to Dubai mall, driving takes over 10 mins due to road turns. Although it may look very close.
