The front desk staff were exceptional as they took good care of me during my stay their willingness to help was top-notch

We got a complimentary upgrade for which we were extremely grateful.

The mini fridge was excelent and kept all the beer cold XD. Complimentary water was always provided, room was clean and floor isnt carpeted (which i love). Staff were so friendly and welcoming, specially Tshering at reception had all the answers and was very professional.

perfect location near Persian Gulf, nice breakfast and dinner buffet. Highly recommend to have lunch in the JB Gastropub instead of Rosso restaurant.

I was sceptical about 5* rating from so many guests. but oh boy VIDA Marina did deliver… Magnificent view out of our Marina View room. Although we were just on the 8th floor, the view was still great. Everything was sparkling clean 😍 interior has such a great touch, staff’s attention to our requests were very high and everything was resolved. Definitely returning to VIDA again.

The location which is close to Almas Tower was excellent and the Room too was very comfortable and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ginelle, Elvira, Rahid, Rohan, Nimesh and Shifan were extremely friendly and helpful. I like all of them.

Absolutely lovely hotel, extremely clean. All employees are incredibly professional and helpful. The hotel has nice swimming pools and even better beach with comfortable sun beds and great beach service. The rooms are spacious and have unique design which I liked a lot. Hotel has very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing, fresh juices, very tasty coffee. I like option to order from menu. The hotel is not cheap, of course, but you get the great value and experience. This is truly 5* hotel. I have been to many luxury hotels - Banyan Tree Dubai has beer the best so far. The best Frozen Aperol drink!

I stayed for 5 days at this hotel it was amazing experience and very relaxing The location is the best you can have a walk enjoy a coffee very good options for food and restaurant in the hotel and around as well The room was so big and omg the view is outstanding!! Our stay at Sheraton the walk was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the team were outstanding. Traveling with my wife and our young son, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our booking to an incredible 4-bedroom suite. It completely transformed our trip. The space, comfort, and beautiful setting made our family feel incredibly relaxed and welcomed. The location of the hotel is perfect — right by JBR Beach and The Walk, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and beautiful evening vibes. Our son absolutely loved the pool and beach access, and we enjoyed peaceful walks along the waterfront. What truly stood out was the generosity and professionalism of the staff, who made sure our stay was special from start to finish. Gestures like the suite upgrade show how much Sheraton values guest experience. Dubai is a city we visit often, and after this experience Sheraton JBR will definitely be our first choice whenever we return.
