Everything… The beds & pillows are so comfy!! Slept great

Great location. Supermarket close by to pick up our supplies, also convenience store next door. Short walk over footbridge to Palmer St for lots of dinner options. Steak houses, Mexican, Indian, pub food. Further down Flinders St for the night clubs. The Strand about 20min walk away, albeit over a big hill, but still do-able. Ferry terminal walking distance too. Even though location is in city, roads are still very quiet. Street closes on a Sunday morning for street markets. Fresh fruit and knick-knacks available. Rooms have good heavy curtains and great soundproofing. Restaurant food and service was great. Acceptable dinning price. We didn't do breakfast but looks like it would have been a big buffet style. Pool on top floor with 360o views. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location gym and rooms - very clean and comfy beds! Did the trick for our night in Townsville after Magnetic Island.

Location, friendly staff. Great for food places to eat and drink as well. Car parking is amazing and there is extra parking at the back of the hotel if I did not have anything undercover.

Location is very handy, close to everything. Clean and tidy room with all the amenities needed for a short stay. The included breakfast was amazing, was able to pay a little surcharge for the big breakfast upgrade.

Restaurants are located within the accommodation complex. Very handy as the weather was torrential rain during our stay, and meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere to have an amazing dinner date!

Olivia was so helpful and lovely - I arrived before checkin and they organised a room to be ready early. The rooms themselves are gorgeous and clean and amenities are luxurious! Highly recommend

Plenty of supply for the Guest's bathroom and biscuits and coffee tea milk. Large studio.

The rooms are really spacious. There is a laundry room. It is near the Cathedral where my son got married. It is near places where we could eat.

Great location and all staff were super friendly and helpful, it was quiet, despite being a pub venue, thought might not get much sleep but wasn’t the case at all, only noise we heard was the birds in the morning

Spacious apartment, secure covered parking, perfect location to walk to everything we wanted to do.
