The living room and kitchen area were very clean and comfortable and have everything you could need. There's also an outdoor area for relaxing.
A quiet location n for a good nights sleep before heading to Sydney airport.

We stayed with our extended family including four very young grandchildren. The house was excellent for what we needed. Quiet, spacious and well appointed. The hosts were very heplful in getting some extra requirements for our family. Each room had its own air con. system, which with the cold weathert, was wonderful. It was quite close to the venues we needed to get to, including a wedding venue. Would definitley recommend for anyone staying in the south west of Sydney.

The place was clean and tidy.
The place was clean and tidy. What I dislike was it's a bit far from the main road and it won't be convenient if you arrive late at night as there are no street lights on the road leading to the premise. The owner was very helpful and guided me to her place.

If the host hired a company to deal with the cleaning in between stays, I would up my rating to 5 stars. The house itself was perfect for our needs. I like the tiled floors and the ability for everyone to spread out so we didn’t annoy each other.
The host communicated with us when he needed to do service work and was willing to work around our schedule.

It is close to Penrith and to my family who are elderly and in care. This Motel was so perfect for my needs in every way. Very lovely staff with clean and affordable facilities and nothing was too much trouble when I requested information or other needs. I will be staying again when in Western Sydney as it is so easy to access other places from there

The room was clean the bed was comfortable the only issue we had was A/C did not warm the room up we had it on 26 degrees all night and would have thought the room would heat up very quickly but no . I suggest that the A/C in room 10 be serviced/ cleaned or replaced . As we only stayed one night it. Not a big issue but it should be looked into

We had a family event to attend close by.
We had a family event to attend close by. The location offered enough accommodation for all the family. It was very comfortable and each ensuite was a full sized bathroom.
The kitchen lacked utensils and general equipment for even cooking something simple to snack on. The stove top was induction but the pans were not suitable for induction.
Shops for groceries were close by and there were a number of food delivery options.

St Mary's is the perfect location is you are looking to go...
St Mary's is the perfect location is you are looking to go into the city or travel to the Blue Mountains. Trains go frequently into the city and through the Blue Mountains, and you are also close to the Greate Western Highway or Bells Line of Road.
St Mary's Leagues is a great place to go, for a feed or to stay, with an all you can eat buffet or wood fried pizza, or a nice steak and a checky cocktail.

No car space for room 31. Couldn’t park outside front of room, even though I was staying for a week for work. Room was tidied every day but not cleaned. Had a shave and basin was dirty for 2 days. Glazes in room were dirty when I arrived.

It's a lovely place to stay,the staff are nice and can get your breakfast and eat in the room but we preferred to go to St Marys League club to eat next door,my husband and i will go back there again coz it's so clean and a very quiet atmosphere blessings to the staff there
