The front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room was super spacious and quite, and it helped me a lot to take a good rest after a long flight of 13 hours. The hotel is located very close to the airport and the VIA rail station, and they offer free shuttle service which was very convenient.

Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is located just over 12 miles (20 kilometres) , from downtown Montréal. VIA Rail Canada operates inter-city connections along the Ottawa-Montréal, Toronto-Kingston-Montréal and Québec City-Montréal lines, and a journey to the city takes about 30 minutes. The 747 bus runs 24/7 between Montréal-Trudeau Airport and downtown Montréal, with journeys taking between 45 and 70 minutes depending on traffic.

Got an early flight to catch? There's a hotel located inside the terminal, but several other hotels can be found nearby, with most offering free shuttle services. A bit beat up airport (probably due to the high traffic) but...

A bit beat up airport (probably due to the high traffic) but overall great, food selection is nice. Security screening not up to the volume of travellers in my opinion. We almost missed our outbound flight, huge line up at 6.00am

I was disappointed with my experience during my stay.

I was disappointed with my experience during my stay. Every request I made was denied. When I called the front desk to request water, I was informed that complimentary water was only available for Hilton members. Later, I asked for bathrobes and slippers and was told they were not provided. I also requested food plates and that request was denied as well. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet my expectations for Hilton hospitality. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Hilton to my friends or family.

- beautiful safe bike trail along the river into town for miles and miles. - two public docks provide very easy access to the water for kayaking etc. - kayaks etc to rent nearby. - very good breakfast included at Manoir d'Youville including pancakes, sausages, fruit, yogurt, freshly made that morning, with actual staff in the kitchen.

Staff friendliness, cleanliness and bed comfort, very good food at hotel restaurant/bar. Proximity to airport and decent prices. Nothing to do around hotel. Need a car/taxi to move around. Restaurant/bar are for certain hours only (restaurant till 11:00 a.m. and bar opens at 5:30 pm).

We arrived very late and the staff was perfectly accommodating. The motel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood making it a great out of the way, but very easily accessible stay. Many thanks and we will definitely be back!

Hotel was brilliant!

Hotel was brilliant! Reception staff were amazingly helpful, the room was bright and clean and had everything we needed. Our evening meal in the restaurant was superb and we opted for the buffet breakfast in the morning, which was good. The free shuttle to the airport was also really useful. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try out the pool. There is a VIA train station right by the hotel.

My brothers live in Pointe Claire so I am a but biased, but...

My brothers live in Pointe Claire so I am a but biased, but the area is really nice, especially down by the water, it's an older established area, very safe. Pointe Claire is nice and close to Montreal and is a location that makes a good starting point for travel to other locations as it is located really close to both the Trans Canada Highway and Highway 20.

Beaconsfield is a big area so you can find most things...

Beaconsfield is a big area so you can find most things especially if you have a car. Some of the little village areas like Beaurepaire have good local amenities like coffee shops and restaurants. There are some lovely walks along the Lake Shore. Getting to downtown Montreal is possible by bus (more frequent and cheaper) or rail but some areas of Beaconsfield like Henri Jarry are not close to public transport. Cafe Coco and Devines Irish pub in Beaurepaire were good places to eat. There is a small market with live music on Friday afternoons. If you like to see beautiful houses with pristine gardens then just take a walk around the area- some of them are jaw -dropping.

Dorval Airport: Easy to navigate. Helpful staff.

Dorval Airport: Easy to navigate. Helpful staff. Clean and fresh. Cleaning staff were cleaning, not just pushing equipment around, they were busy doing their job. The bus service from the airport into the city is excellent. Other airports could benefit from a similar system.

Pointe-Claire is an easy, nice place to go around. Traffic at Office times can be a bit heavy but nothing to worry. Good Eating Places around, all kind of Cuisines, Greek, Italian, Middle Eastern, Indian/Pakistani, Bars Steak Houses. Fairview Mall, a great place for shopping, Coffee, Snacks. Nice Clean Place, Pointe-Claire
