If you’re considering staying at BVB, you can’t go wrong. He’s extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to take care of me and my fiancé picked us up from the airport after waiting probably more than an hour for us to clear customs. Secured us a DD to Disneyland the next day and pay for it for us as we were not able to have any local currency. Was always in communication with us to make sure that everything was OK as we did not come back to The till late really can’t believe the level of attention he gave us. Book with confidence.

Perfect location, best airport hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel a LOT. They had very decent live music in the bar on a week night. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, super low price, truly a gem!

Strategically located in Terminal 2. We had a large room, natural light through a window but not much of a view but effective. High tech toilet, central lighting panels. We were 3 minutes away from formalities or just a minute to the restaurants on the mezzanine. It’s a nice way to get more sleep before morning flights.

Environment peaceful , clean Especially the receptionist （Xiao Yang & Xiao Gao) , both of them are very kind & friendly. Although is just a short stay , we had a good experience at this hotel.

Location and everything was perfect

The free airport shuttle was great! Had to reserve with the hotel but the driver was good and helped all the heavy luggage! I took it twice, from and to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel building has a Japanese/mid-century fusion style and was very soothing. Nice breakfast and late night porridge/snack! I had the staff store my medications both refrigerated and frozen - they were so nice about it. Love the whole experience.

The hotel is about a 15 min drive from Pudong airport (~20RMB by taxi). If you're on a real tight budget, there's a bus stop ~7 min walk away. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Pudong Airport in the mornings (4am to 12:10pm) which we took and it was great. There's a convenience store at the first floor of the hotel, which has all the basics. The check-in was quick and easy, and check-out even more so. As an extra plus, no deposit was needed at check-in. The rooms (we booked a superior room) are nice, surprisingly clean and spacious, though they do show their age in places. There's an elevator in the hotel and there are cupboards and closets galore in the room. The rooms are ridiculously big, especially considering what you pay for it (we paid ~225RMB for two). We stayed there one night going out and one coming back and there was no smell of smoke in either of the rooms (a common issue in places like this). If you get breakfast for 20-30RMB over the room price, take it. It's not worth paying 38pp extra. For what you pay, you get more than you need, and I dare you to find a better deal. *This very same hotel is sometimes advertised as Pebble Hotel Pudong International Airport Chuanliu Highway on different booking platforms.

Every thing ok and we found support from everyone working in hotel

the room was huge and comfy. Staff are helpfull. Tok tok has taken from me 20 rmb from metro station and taxi to the airport from hotel service cost me 60 rmb at night. Which i consider are good prices
