One of the best experiences of a stay that I’ve had and I’ve traveled all my life. I was made to feel at home and the hospitality and warmth I experienced will live on in my wonderful memories of Cabo Verde. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the quiet, the beauty, etc… I slept better in that room than in my own home.
Absolutely lovely hosts, location, and best quality for price! There is no other place I’d stay at in Sao Vicente. Can’t wait to go back 🙏

Close to the airport, although even that they manage to mess up, by not providing convenient shuttle times. The shuttle leaves at set times, which are random, and dont match up to the international flight times. So you basically need to order a taxi for the 4 minute drive, and its expensive.

The location is wonderful, views over the swimming pool, down to the sea, across the bay to Mindelo and to Santo Antao, it even makes washing up a pleasure.
It is a bit windy, but the whole island is.
Good parking, easy to collect keys, fairly well equipped but there's no kettle or oven which are shown on the listing. Plenty of space, water hot and bed comfortable.
Paying was a bit awkward, but we got there in the end.

The property was BEAUTIFUL! It was close enough to the city but still quieter/private because it wasn’t directly in the city. Very beautiful penthouse with everything you could need and the view was amazing. The bedrooms had A/C and the pool was so refreshing in the heat. The best part though was the property manager— she went above and beyond for every little detail! If we needed anything at all she would arrange it! She even made special arrangements for us specific to our needs and the time we had available! She was so honest and trustworthy and gave us endless info regarding the best restaurants, excursions, taxi drivers, etc. She would make reservations and plan all of the excursions we wanted + taxis! If we visit again I will ONLY be staying at locations where Tania is the property manager! She made our trip seamless and stress free!

The location and views are simply to die for. It's Serena and silent with very clean rooms. People say that it's far and that doesn't make any sense as the island is very small and the hotel easily accessible.

A small fishing village with about 1000 inhabitants.
A small fishing village with about 1000 inhabitants. It is somewhat developed. It has a good restaurant at Naky*s and a few small grocery stores. The beach is about 2 km long, but it is kind of wild, which means that swimming is at your own risk. There is an attractive hike to the lighthouse nearby, but it is not suitable for those who have problems with heights.

We found Mindelo to be a very atmospheric place, full of cultural and historic interest. It is a small city, easy to get around on foot.
We are an older couple, and enjoyed the art, and the live music in the restaurants and in the streets.
It has an international airport, and the nearby island of Santo Antao is accessible by ferry from here.

Unfortunately our flights to Sao Vicente were diverted so that we missed Carnival, our reason for going. Generally not a lot to do there, although museum for cesaria evora is interesting and art museum is fun.
