The location is in a neighborhood about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the waterfront. The apartment was very nice and the breakfast offered was great. The hosts friendly. Will definitely stay again if in this area.

Perfect location for a group of friends or family with cars and bikes. All 3 apartments are spacious, very well equiped and very clean. Having 3×parking places and a garage for the bikes was great! Outdoor terrace! One appartment had a balcony ! Landry in the cellar! [Even detergent was supplied] Hosts were very friendly! Nearby there are supermarkets, bakery ! We felt like home !

Friedrichshafen is a lovely and welcoming place we visit from time to time since the year 1987. My husband is a radio amateur and attending the Ham Radio Fair is a key element of our program. Wonderful nature, welcoming hosts, great restaurants. Our favourites: Café Ammos and Wirtshaus am See

That's the most convenient place to visit Messe over last 6-8 years I am here. Easy to get in and out, walking distance to the train station and the airport, as well as fairground. I guess it will be good for a small family as well even for 1 week or so. Would love to come again in 2022

Great base for exploring around lake Constance. We took a cable car from Bregenz - tip from a local = next time go a little further out of Bregenz - cable car is cheaper and the views are better We visited Meersburg - lovely and so much character We took a ferry from Meersburg to Konstanz When we researched a Zeppelin ride the £800 or so price was just too high - tip from the same local explore visiting the Zepellin airfield and having a coffee or maybe a short tour on board

Great for families, bicyclists, hikers.

Great for families, bicyclists, hikers. I loved it that this property had a bicycle shed that you can lock. So many great bike paths all around. Hop on and off the public transportation by train or bus or ferry. Your Langenargen guest card gets you on all the regional traffic for free. Day trips are super easy. Don't miss a day or two in picturesque Lindau. Oh the whole area is just beautiful! No night-life to speak of, so for late-night party-goers, you'll have to check out Friedrichshafen or ask the local youth (don't drink & drive, German driving laws are very strict, the small country roads are narrow).

Vorort of Friedrichshafen, apartments a short walk from the bus line and local shopping (bakeries, groceries, produce); easy bike ride to downtown Friedrichshafen (Zeppelin museum, ferries, lots of shoreline walks, beaches, etc). The bar on the corner is well known -locally - and smoky. The area is known for wine and apple production and near the borders of Austria and Switzerland. On the expensive side (especially restaurants) but beautiful.

The location was excellent, the view of the lake from the dining room and pool were fantastic, even on a rainy cloudy day. As children were only allowed to use the indoor pool at certain times , you can relax around the pool and read. The selection of food at the breakfast buffet was incredible, something for everyone. An additional bonus was that it was open till 11,30 am. They also had quite a large selection of vegetarian dishes in the evening. Very comfortable box spring beds and a large walk-in shower.

We only stayed overnight our last night in Europe.

We only stayed overnight our last night in Europe. Visited Meersburg Castle, the Stilthouse Museum, and other places in the area. We bought our own food mostly due to dietary restrictions, but enjoyed apfel strudel with whipped cream and gelato near the ferry dock.

The city is nice, but not near the main highlights around...

The city is nice, but not near the main highlights around Bodensee. Basically you can use it as a sleeping location, but does not offer much more. Of course this goes in line with the price. It is cheaper than other more interesting locations.

Friedrichschafen is a beautiful town with great views over...

Friedrichschafen is a beautiful town with great views over Lake Konstanz, and lots of bars and restaurants on the waterfront. I had a very nice time by the beach and if you go in spring/summer the water is quite warm. The service in the restaurants is variable but there is a lot of choice and the waterfront is very lively.

Nice village situated in the lake.

Nice village situated in the lake. Many shops in the center. nice walking around the lake. Nice castle with the restaurant(renovation works currently on the facade). Nice bakery opposite the ex-monastery (opened early on Saturday). Convenient shopping area at the edge of the village.
