Hello! My name is Silvia Ziemann and I manage Casita Amann, a family-run property in Friedrichshafen. Having travelled extensively myself, I know how important it is to feel comfortable and welcome when staying away from home. That is why I do my best to make every guest's stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. You will find us in the Allmannsweiler district, close to the Friedrichshafen Trade Fair Centre. Our apartments offer a combined living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Whether you are visiting the Lake Constance region for a holiday, attending a trade fair, or travelling to Friedrichshafen for business, we aim to provide a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Depending on the apartment, we can accommodate between 1 and 4 adults. As a family-run property, we value personal service, a friendly atmosphere and a hassle-free stay for our guests.

Casita Amann offers fully furnished apartments in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance. Each apartment features a combined living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Each apartment comes with a private parking space and access to a secure bicycle storage area. Bicycle rental is available approximately 500 metres away. Casita Amann is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Friedrichshafen Airport, MTU, ZF, Zeppelin, the Friedrichshafen Trade Fair Centre, Lake Constance with its promenade and various shopping facilities are all easily accessible by bus, car or bicycle. Thanks to our contactless self check-in system, flexible arrivals are possible even outside traditional reception hours. Prior to arrival, guest registration and identity verification are required. Access codes will be provided once the necessary steps have been completed. Guests also have access to a digital guest guide containing useful information about their stay, the Lake Constance region, excursion ideas and restaurant recommendations. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible through thoughtful details and by taking care of room cleaning and final cleaning for you. The visitor's tax (Kurtaxe) charged by the City of Friedrichshafen is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately in accordance with local regulations.

Casita Amann is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Friedrichshafen. The Friedrichshafen Trade Fair Centre can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes, or in about 3 minutes by bus (Line 5, one stop). Friedrichshafen Airport and the main railway station are both approximately 4.5 km away. The nearest supermarket is Marktkauf, about a 15-minute walk from the property. There you will also find a pharmacy, bakery, drugstore and bank. Lake Constance and its beautiful lakeside promenade are approximately 4.5 km away and can be reached by bus in around 10 to 15 minutes. Friedrichshafen town centre and the famous Zeppelin Museum are also easily accessible. Bicycle rental is available just 500 metres from the property. The companies ZF, MTU and Zeppelin can be reached conveniently by bicycle, car or public transport. The Lake Constance region also offers a wide variety of excursion destinations, cycling routes, hiking trails and boat trips.
