We were flying from Frankfurt Airport so we opted to spent the night before at the hotel. Great shuttle service to and from airport. Breakfast buffet was worth the money!! (and much better than what we could have gotten for the same price at the airport). Dinner in the Bistro was good.

The key point is that I would never have chosen this property if I knew that there's a shared bathroom. I never stayed in any such property in the past. I needed frequent use of the bathroom during the last few days of my trip and running far was extremely inconvenient, besides, toilet paper was not in the bathroom which is extremely unusual. I couldn't even shower because there were no clean towels to use after the shower. And there was no elevator either. All those major deficiencies made my stay very uncomfortable despite the friendly host...

We chose this hotel because the advertisement mentioned available parking. After arriving, I still asked at reception to be sure and was told that indoor parking is not free overnight. I then explicitly asked whether I could leave the car in the garage briefly for check-in, and the receptionist said yes.
I checked in as quickly as possible and moved the car to street parking shortly afterward (it was late in the evening and freezing). Despite this, I later received a €60 parking demand from the external parking service for a stay of just 16 minutes.
This was very unpleasant and confusing. I recommend future guests clarify parking rules in detail in advance.

Located close to the airport. Basically a room with a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed and great shower.
Hosts were always very responsive and helpful....Peter was basically waiting for us outside when we arrived the first time (stayed a second time as well).
There is also a good bakery right across the street.
Highly recommend!

From our hotel, we walked a few inutes to the main road which had 3 petrol station, 2 Turkish food restaurant, 1 Vietamese restaurant, 1 Sushi restaurant, 1 Greek restaurant, 1 small Cafe.
It is ideal for a short stay and is very close to the Airport and Autobahn.

Nice quiet comfortable place.
Nice quiet comfortable place. Room & shower area refurbished to high standard. Helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Clean place. I recommend Neu Isenburg. 2.1km from S-Bahn. I walked in evening and took Taxi in morning back to S-Bahn(Euros10.00 cash only).

I think this is an excellent hotel for staying close to the airport, making it ideal for business travelers. I wish there had been a shuttle to old downtown Frankfurt, but otherwise I was happy to stay there.

Perfect place to stay. Not too far from the airport. In the evening the wait time can be longer. The last shuttle bus to the hotel goes at 22:45.
I stayed with the dog and everything was cool at the hotel. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling through Frankfurt.
A free ride back to the airport would be even better!

There were many fixtures missing light bulbs but when you viewed the ad there were working lights in place . The pictures definitely were not accurate. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures. I would not recommend this apartment.

Great location and can book the parking garage for longer term parking via ParkVia, which I did as I was leaving on a trip early from Frankfurt Airport. Hotel is one metro stop away from the airport so very easy to leave my car in the garage and transit to the airport. Convenient for an early departure. This hotel is not far from the airport but cheaper than a lot of the others nearby. It is within walking distance of terminal 2, just walk out where the car pick up area is and walk down the ramp for incoming traffic. I think I may stay here in the future when I fly through Frankfurt Airport. My room was small but comfortable, the breakfast was quite good too!
