Very disappointing stay.
Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not clean and had a very unpleasant smell. Guests were smoking cigarettes in the corridors, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unpleasant. The corridors were poorly maintained.
The breakfast was very disappointing and the quality was not good. The reception staff were also not welcoming or friendly, and we did not feel well received at all.
Overall, the experience was far below our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The promenade is nice.
The promenade is nice. Most of the curiosities and city highlights is located along the river.
However the rest of the city has a modern texture, not appealing to classical gusto-seekers. Therefore Frankfurt is the epicenter of business and education, not mass tourism.

its nice but not safe at all , I got scared from the drugged people , I saw 4 people naked injecting theirself , when I asked the guy at my hotel reception " Is it safe here " he replied with "50-50" , the streets at GALLUSWARTE the area I stayed it was so dirty and the smell was so bad but the other part of the city at the river its better , parks and train stations are not safe , I would not visit a place when the police tolerates injecting heroin and harming others

We stayed 2 nights in cologne before travelling to Frankfurt and the difference is crazy, Frankfurt is an amazing city for food, shopping, and drinks. Would definitely recommend visiting. I will be again

Get on a 50min cruise round from Eiserner Steg for 2 persons in total 32 euro. Get lunch in "Kyoto restaurant" (try RAU XAO with duck) and lunch in "Wirtshaus am Hühnermarkt" (try the wiener schnitzel). Visit MUJI and UNIQLO stores. Park your car centrally at Parkhaus Goetheplatz.

Many drug addicts.
Many drug addicts. People asked me what was my work and were surprised I went to Frankfurt on holiday. They told me "that's crazy". Frankfurt is obviously a business city and there are nice areas outside of downtown, but other than looking at cool skyscrapers, I would not recommend Frankfurt as a holiday destination.

All was great. Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The bar has an excellent service. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable (great pillow options!). And has a very good location. Hint: One has to be careful when looking for the hotel in Google Maps, as there are a couple Premier Inn Frankfurt hotels! Best option is to look for it with the address or remembering that this is Westend!!

The location of the hotel is really good, close to the main station as well as city centre. If you know Frankfurt, you know that the Bahnhofsviertel has two faces but that's just how it is.
The room was spacious, modern and clean. Staff was friendly.
The breakfast was amazong and had a great selection (also veg and vegan options).

Great hotel for a Frankfurt stay. The location is perfect: close to Old Town, right on the river so you get great views and close to restaurants and transportation connections. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Definitely would stay here again.
