We had a late flight, we arrived at the hotel at about 11pm. Anyway the front desk gave us a quick check in and lots of other hospitality.

The location was very convenient to Hamburg Airport, which made it very easy to get to my flight. It is also very close the U-Bahn station which gives you access to several Hamburg places. The staff was VERY friendly and the place is immaculate.

There was amazing staff, everyone so nice 🤗 Rooms very clean and warm, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. They even allowed us to make our own tee in the evening, even if there is no kettle on the room 🤩 Delicious breakfast, good coffee, close to the airport, like 10 min by walk, and still silent.

It is a fairly new hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive. As it was all new, the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything is made of wood which feels natural and sustainable.

It's a less than 2km walk to the airport, so if you don't have big luggage or just a backpack it's a nice short walk. The common bathrooms are very clean and you have all you need for showering or even taking a bath if you would want to. Everything was really good. The staffs were really amazing and could talk English also which was a real life saver. Thank you ladies for having help me to understand the train system in germany. anytime i need something they were always there to help.
