I loved the view from room...directly over flowing canal. And I loved the down pillow and comforter.

Everything was as advertised and the free breakfast was a bonus ,location was handy to downtown

Only 4 minutes drive from the center, plenty of parking for the hotel. We requested an electric kettle and got it which really helped us, we were stuck with instant noodles :) The rooms are quite big and wide, there's also a sitting place which you can sit and eat

The location by the river is very charming. My window was right above the water. The room itself was very clean and beautiful. There is free tea in the lobby.

Very nice little hotel only a short walk to the beautiful old town and very close to the train station. The room and bathroom are small but perfectly adequate and fresh and clean. The staff were very nice. We would happily stay again.

The garden was extraordinary and wonderful. One of the rooms we had booked had a small patio next to the wonderful garden which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Free parking just outside the hotel was also very nice. We arrived late so we never got to experience the pool which was a pity. We had only booked one night but we would have loved to stay longer.

Modern design and very clean. The staff were very friendly and responsive. They placed little choclates on the pillow which i thought was a very nice touch. Dinner and wine here was very lovely.

Perfect location. Amazing reception. Easy check in. Easy check out. Outside door is also locked so nobody can get in.

We loved the hotel setting - on the Luneburg waterways. Lots of visitors during the day, but quiet at night. Lovely outdoor areas to enjoy the sunshine. Good indoor areas offering different atmospheres - quiet areas and livelier (but not rowdy) bar area. Pool and spa facilities were good, although steam room wasn’t working. Fruit, pastries and sweets freely available for guests. Selection of beer and soft drinks available in minibar - first lot included in room price. Easy stroll into town centre. Liked that the room windows opened.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, quiet, very clean and the room is spacious.

Absolutely the best location near the ADAC and karting facilities. Breakfast was simple, but still quite good. Rooms were simple, but completely adequate.
