Beautiful clean small town hotel with super friendly owners. We highly recommend staying at this hotel! Also, we enjoyed walking around this small friendly historic town!! Ladenburg is a very historic town that has sights that were walkable from this hotel. Cute outdoor dining and bakeries were walking distance from the front door of the hotel and everyone was so nice and spoke English. We walked around the town after dinner and I felt very safe wandering the cobblestoned streets, even after dark. The hotel itself was spacious and had a tea room for breakfast in the morning that was a little extra charge. There were 6 of us in our group so we had 2 of us per bedroom. Our room fit 2 comfortably and the bathroom was upgraded. The room smelled like lemon which was refreshing. Light streamed through the window in the morning and had a beautiful view of a flower covered courtyard (don't worry, there were shudders that you could close at night so that no light would stream in in the morning if you wanted to sleep in). The town had many houses that were designed in typical German fashion. It was cool to see the different architectures from the different years they were built. There was also a grocery store down the street that has everything you could need, which was nice because a person in our group caught a cold in the middle of our trip and the store had medicine that would get us through the next week. Ladenburg is very close to the Heidelburg Castle, so it was a nice stopping point for my group to stop at and rest up for the next day.

This is an amazing little hotel. The rooms, staff, food, property, location, and overall vibe of Grenzhof is amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I was worried I would have trouble because I don't speak any German, but the staff was super helpful and friendly and most of them spoke English as well. The service here was exceptional. If you're looking for a peaceful, secluded stay in the German countryside, but also close to nearby cities like Heidelberg, I can't recommend this place enough!

Centrally located in the Mannheim CBD this hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are many good restaurants nearby and it's an easy walk to the train station. You can also get in a nice walk or run along the Neckar river nearby. I would highly recommend.

Lovely property ...good location

It has everything a very good hotel needs to offer. Quick service, comfortable clean rooms with air conditioning, pretty decent breakfast service. I didn't order room service but I have heard that the restaurant quality is also great. The location is just a few minutes away from Hbf which makes it even more convenient. I would definitely be going back and will be going to the other Radisson locations as well.

The rooms were excellent. Loved the decor throughout the hotel. Especially the library. Breakfast was outstanding. Service was outstanding. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We needed a gluten free breakfast. Will definitely come back

The location is right in the center of the shopping district, but yet it was very quiet inside. You would not even know you were that close.

They did not charge us for our dog! And they were very kind with him as well. For us that has a great value.
