We appreciated the assistance for check-in, We received the check-in code and name of room in advance, and check-in was very easy. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests. There is a very nice breakfast room that serves a delicious selection of foods. We enjoyed several excellent meals in the restaurant next door.

Daaden is a quite and small village close to Bitzdorf and Seigen. It has good number of retail outlets, which are cheap for your pocket. Public transportation is an issue though, as the village is not on the main trainline (nearest main train station is Bitzdorf 11 km away; average 28 euros by taxi. The village is surrounded by forests and lakes. During the heatwave, temperature there was 35 degrees centigrade, when it was 42 in other cities in the region, hence it is cooler.
