All of it, excellent; Reception, Room, comfort, facilities (for the room allocated to me who is disabled especially) breakfast etc. Parking was a little cramped however and all the disabled spaces were occupied by vehicles not displaying a blue badge. Reception kindly allowed me to park in an EV recharging bay so no problem...!!!

A charming hotel located in the heart of Biarritz. The team at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through some frustrating moments when we struggled to find the entrance. Due to roadwork that wasn't reflected on Google Maps, many routes were rerouted, but the staff's assistance made all the difference.

The hotel has a self-check in system which is very good for road travelers, that gives a lot of flexibility. This hotel is great who travel by cars and with pets. The room is clean and warm that is great during our winter stay!
Old-fashioned but adequately modernized
Friendly staff, good breakfast. Not far from town. Pleasureable stay

The area is built up but still quiet, it is easy to get around with public transport or like most on bicycle. Great cycling routes through out the whole area. Easy to get to Biarritz or Bayonne both worth visiting.
Cycling is great and getting out in to the country side is worth it. Nice cycling along the rivers on super cycle ways.
The forests are great for more excitement.
I ate at Ô Chalet, Les Sable d'Or and Lujo Pizza and Coffee.

Great place for a short visit. We liked the architecture and feel of the place.
Plenty of walking with views over the town, good restaurants and beaches of various sizes, all walkable
Local ppl were v helpful particularly in the shops
AC in Galleries Lafayette was so welcome and their staff were amazingly polite and helpful to us shopping and looking after our dog.
We didn't visit any attractions - will do that next time
We visited during a heat wave so activities were limited

The photos do not show the very smart bathroom just modernised. There is also mention of a bunk bed which is wrong. There are double beds in the two bedrooms, and in the lounge a pull out double bed/settee.
Lots of places round about to visit. Would be a good place to stay if driving from the north of France to Spain.
Very good golf course.

Arbonne was a beautiful Basque village.
Arbonne was a beautiful Basque village. We went to the Ciderie du Fronton and the Bil-Toki (with a Pelota court!) as well as the boulangerie and the small market. The plantings were gorgeous as were the buildings. Grateful to be able to walk from the Indarra to town on a safe sidewalk, too!

Bayonne felt really friendly, lots of places to eat snd drink, excellent museum of Basque life, well laid out and informative art gallery, beautiful stained glass in the cathedral. The heatwave disrupted a lot of the music festival - but Basque dancers danced nonetheless and people joined in the Basque songs. The chocolate tradition is amazing - only the heatwave prevented us from buying more to take home !

What an amazing town!
What an amazing town! It wasn't what I expected at all - like a cross between Santa Barbara and Monte Carlo. Chic, elegant, yet laid back and casual. Part small beach town, part couture city - and the rocky vistas in warm blue oceans are absolutely breathtaking. We want to go back every month - it's just so lovely!

Interesting town, picturesque, lots of history, easy to get around on foot, good tourist information office, with an unexpectedly-good art museum,. The Basque Museum was also worth visiting, but the hundreds of objects on display were not labeled in English which dampened my pleasure tremendously, The art museum was the same way, but somehow the absence of English-language labeling was not as disappointing.

You can have very different trips depending on what you want to do- you can sit/swim at various places along the coast but there are also plenty of shops and loads of great day trips if you want more activity. Something for everyone!
The food has a nice Spanish influence.
