Owner is a super cool lady, my bad I arrived earlier than agreed time, and She still showed up in a few minutes and checked us in. house is like in the pictures, even better, super tidy and clean, and most importantly silent. Garden is amazing. We just went there to sleep for a night, but i would enjoy a few extra days, reading books, drinking coffee at the patio. Inside you can see every detail is well thought, and there is a kind of artist touch on most items (walls, decorations etc.) there is even a garage for your car in the patio. Keramoti/the beaches are in driving distance maybe 10-15 minutes

This location is a full two bedroom place to rent in Greece, near Kavala and Keramoti. It was very easy to find and get into the property. There is a nice secure space with great instructions for parking. There is a beautiful wrap around porch with seating and another seating area in the garden surrounded by fruit trees. There are 2 inside seating areas and one has some incredible family and/or cultural artwork. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) which were both comfortable and spacious. We were happy also to have an AC unit as the heat was quite high the days we were there. The kitchen and bathroom were also well appointed with everything you need. We enjoyed this house very much.

Everything you need was available, a big house, spacious, the beach of Keramoti is only 5-6 km away, 5-6 minutes by car. There is a regular transport to the beach. There is no need, if you are going to Keramoti (and this is the best beach in Greece), to get stuck in the narrow apartments by the beach and push each other car by car there. Come to Nea Karia, the right place to relax in Keramoti.

Brand new apartment, extremely clean.

Brand new apartment, extremely clean. Friendly host and dogs around the house, my daughter played with the dogs quite long :-). The location area is still in development, but the advantage of it is the quietness.

Very nice, friendly people, willing to help you with anything you might need. Apartment was very clean, two balconies available, A/C in every room, full kitchen, everything was as we expected it to be. Beach is about 300 m from the hotel, a grocery store even closer, the city center about 1.5 km away, excellent opportunity for an evening walk, dinner and then scroll along the quay with parked ferries and yachts. Very romantic place, we would strongly recommend it.

If you are looking for a quiet place very close to the sea,...

If you are looking for a quiet place very close to the sea, Nea Karvali is great. It is close to Kavala which has some interesting sites to visit, like the fortress and the aquaduct. Also interesting to see are the ottoman influences. For great seafood, just visit one of the many restaurants near the shore. Usually just look where it is crowded and you will be fine.

A quiet and pleasant village combining the freshness of the...

A quiet and pleasant village combining the freshness of the mountain with the proximity of the sea and the beauties of the Nestos river's delta. The closest town - Chrysoupoli - is no more than 5 km away. There, you can find big shops and markets, though, in fact, the village shop is ok for a week stay. Nature is gorgeous and the climate is very healthy, it is much cooler there than in Chrysoupoly and the villages and towns at the very sea shore. From Zarkadhia, you have access to many places connected to cultural history.

The house is wonderful.

The house is wonderful. Everything corresponds to the description. It is equipped with everything you need. 10 min walk to Pachis beach, which is in the top 10 beaches of Thassos and 10 min drive from the ferry port Limenaria. It is located in an olive garden - peace and quiet. Marta is very kind and responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!

Skala Rachoniou is a nice and quiet, small place. Excellent for vacation and relaxation. Plenty of crystal, cool sea water with exceptional small size beaches located next to each other. Tasty traditional Greek cuisine offered from several tavernas in a close walking distance. Nice bakery located downtown on the main road. Supermarkets available as well. Nice boutique hotels and villas everywhere.

It's a nice town, but nothing special.

It's a nice town, but nothing special. The beach is huge, and the side facing the harbor is very shallow with quiet water. There isn't a pedestrian area in the town and the traffic near the harbor where most of the taverns are can be quite busy. There are also tons of mosquitos after sunset.

It is a Village near to the city of Kavala.

It is a Village near to the city of Kavala. It is very well organised and it has local markets, a park, place for live shows, beach, coffee shops and taverns. The prices there are much cheaper on the entire region of Kavala.

I like this place.

I like this place. As I arrived, the apartment was very clean, with completely new furniture, a soft sofabed and smart-TV with internet. It's a quiet place and only 120 meters from a cozy cafe with delicious cappuccino and sweets. It's also very close to the Ferry in Limenas - about 13 minutes by taxi.

A small port village that is just starting to develop as an...

A small port village that is just starting to develop as an independent resort. The beaches are great - wide, long, with nice sand and shallow shores. There are large free areas, as well as areas with sun loungers. There is plenty of parking space (this was in September). The village itself is quiet - as if you are walking through a nice residential area. All stores, pastry shops, restaurants and fast food places are located on the main street, which is also the ferry port for Thassos. Unfortunately, the main street in question is quite unmaintained, there are no normal sidewalks, it is difficult to walk along it. You constantly stop to let the cars pass, and there are a lot of them, especially if a ferry has arrived or is departing.
