Really great spacious room, they upgraded us to a larger room and it was amazing! Great location, could see the beach an amazing view of the sunrise. Within distance of a supermarket and the beach. Definitely a 10/10.

Everything was perfect. Neat and clean. Basics provided. Beach was close by to walk. Grocery store was in few minutes walk. The host explained everything in detail. Swimming pool was awesome. You don't need more for a comfortable family stay.

Gornji Humac is a tranquil small town on Hvar, ideal for couples or families who appreciate a peaceful atmosphere. The charm of old stone houses and the gentle sound of church bells made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Dining at Konoba Tomic was a highlight; the restaurant is situated in an 800-year-old house where the family produces everything you eat themselves, offering a truly unique experience.

You can't really do much there except swim in the waters.
You can't really do much there except swim in the waters. And wind surf if you are into that. The water is probably the best in the world.
The food exceeded my expectations, but it wasn't cheap but I guess that's fair. They only have income on that island during the summer.
Last time I will go south like this for summer vacay - far too hot. We had 36+ for many days. Above my limit.
Very good and service minded people for the most part, especially on Brac.

I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, beautiful scenery, and genuine Croatian hospitality. I would be delighted to return again in the future.
One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its perfect location. It is situated right in the heart of the beautiful village of Pučišća, on the shore of a picturesque bay. Lovely beaches are just a short walk away, and the surrounding nature is absolutely breathtaking.

Accommodation was reasonable.
Accommodation was reasonable. No washing machine or microwave in the apartment. Would have been cramped with 4 persons as sofa bed in the living area.
Outdoor area led to rocks to access the water. Would really need a car as not many local facilities. Not sure about buses.
Travel from Dubrovnik ferry is quite a long distance. Roads are often narrow. Better access from Stari Grad ferry.
Time of year may be an influence as weather not particularly good.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at an incredible villa a couple blocks from water and I can honestly say it was one of the most beautiful, quaint, and relaxing environments we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful surroundings and the charm of the location—it felt like a true escape from the everyday. A true hidden gem that I almost didn't want to write a review about so I can keep it to my self! Favorite pizza was at Hotel Lipa and our favorite meal was at Dvor. You don't need a car here, super easy to walk, hike, bike or taxi around.

Loved the privacy of the little house and the grapevine covered terrace with table overlooking the beautiful little pool. Loved having separate rooms for the kids and adults, nice little kitchen. Was a little disappointed there were no staples there like sugar and salt even though there were containers for them (even an empty salt shaker!). Loved the views of the sky at night as we were there during the Perseid meteor shower, so we were outside at night on the lounge chairs watching the nicely dark sky.
Loved that there were screens on the windows so we did not have to worry about mosquitoes coming in at night, and because of the elevation and the beautiful breezes every night, the rooms did not get too hot so sleeping was "a breeze." The only thing that could make this place better was if it were on the beach. Having it in the middle of the island was not ideal, but since it was close to Supetar, it wasn't too bad. Really, a great place, and one my family would be happy to return to.

Splitska is a quiet village with a very nice Zastup beach.
Splitska is a quiet village with a very nice Zastup beach. It is ideal for a peaceful rest. There is a small shop where you can buy everything you need. Splitska is located only 6 km from the ferry port in Supetar. In Supetar, there are also several large shops for larger purchases.

Beautiful quiet and friendly location.
Beautiful quiet and friendly location. Well worth the extra effort to travel a bit further. Very unspoilt with lots of passing yachts calling in for overnight stops or longer. About a dozen or so places to eat, very friendly people. Pint of lager 3.5 euros. A lovely glass of local white wine 4 euros. Four coffees about 10 euros. Beautiful food, especially if you want fresh fish straight out the sea. 👌😎

If you would like to know the history of this town, recommend going for tour on Thursdays 7pm from the front of information centre, it is free ( can give a tip to tour guide).

We were happy that Povlja has a variety of beaches: city, bay, peninsula-top, secluded bay.
We discovered real interesting things locally: the famous early Christian basilica, the viewpoint overlooking the entire bay, an abandoned war bunker on a nearby beach, the somersaults and head-jumps of local youth in the harbor in the evenings.
There are also several restaurants and ice cream parlors. We ate excellent pizza and squid with tartar sauce.
