A perfect location for those who have an early morning flight from Split airport - it's just a 10 minute walk away. Beach in a 2 minute walk is great, too. The apartment is clean, modern and smartly organized. Quick and easy self-checkout. Friendly host.

It was fantastic .Victoria and Milan were exceptional, so was the man at night when we arrived . The breakfast was good and Milan took us to catch our boat in Trogir. I would reccomnd this hotel highly . Beware of taxi drivers in Split . We were charged 40 euros for a mile.journey !

Spotless, helpful friendly staff, great location (for both Trogir and the Split airport), and a great value! And it’s close to the bus stop and has a 24-hour bakery across the street!

Our accommodations were very clean and spacious. Our room was actually a suite with a separate sitting/desk area which we didn't expect. We had to get up early for the airport so did not experience the free breakfast. The location is excellent, in many ways: close to swimming beaches, Old Town Trogir, and the airport. The room was nicely appointed. There is also easy parking close to the hotel, right on the premises. Despite the airplanes from Split Airport flying overhead, the room was very quiet and dark at night.

Very friendly staff, big and comfortable room and great location. Right at the pedestrian bridge into the old town of Trogir. Free parking directly behind the hotel, wonderful breakfast buffet included. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Croatia.

We had one of our best stays at Villa Katarina! everything was great!
The two best things about the hotel are the location and the host/staff.
The host is a gem :) such a great guy! He was very generous with both check-in and check-out times, and also helped us find great beaches and restaurants nearby. Another big plus was the affordable transportation to different places that he arranged for us.
The location is excellent, very close to a beautiful pebble beach, as well as to restaurants and bars. The hotel provides a parking spot and has a useful fridge and air conditioner which made warm nights much more comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice.

The location of the hotel was great. Rooms are outdated and need to be upgraded to match the price I paid in the off-season. This is an all inclusive hotel - in terms of selection of food, it was average and there were very few options for someone with food restrictions (e.g. gluten free). Staff was polite and helpful.

It has a very good private parking place. The hotel is approx 10 min walk from the beach. Theres a small shop near the hotel (10 min walk). The room was clean, the bed is very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and speak english. The sea view is amazing from the balcony. Heating and airco was ok. Theres a small fridge in the room, water heater and welcome tea and coffe. BUT. We spent only one night so that was absolutely perfect for us.

Being within walking distance of the airport yet set in a peaceful garden with sea view, the apartment was perfect for 2 couples on our last night in Split. It is also within a short Uber ride from Trogir. The bathroom and kitchen had necessary supplies, beds and furniture were comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. Down the road, a local, casual restaurant served excellent food at a reasonable cost.

It's a nice city with it's old houses and good restaurants. Close to Split, Trogir, Krka national park (1 hour). The newer area of the city offers enough supermarkets and stores. No shopping areas, really.
Church-bells on every day morning at 6, 7 am and longer bells at 7:45 ... was a bit disturbing and wakes you up.
At least during the 2 months of vacation season they could consider to switch this off.
I mean: Who needs to know that it is 6am or 7am especially at weekends, when on vacation? Who does not have a watch nowadays?
Consider the airport is 10 minutes away.

Although Trogir is one of the gems of the Adriatic with its historical buildings, charming streets, and the hospitality of the locals (at least the service providers), the traffic is disastrous. Vehicles (cars, motorbikes, scooters) and sometimes even pedestrians navigate the roads in a life-threatening manner. Speed limits are treated merely as suggestions, priority at intersections belongs to whoever is faster or more alert, and they use the horn instead of everything (including turn signals). If you have the chance, use public transport to get there. The coastline and the town offer a picturesque view, but the water at the otherwise neat and well-maintained beaches is dirty, and there are jellyfish (I got stung 4 times in 6 days). North of the 45th parallel, the quality of the seawater is much better.

Slatine is a quieter place near Trogir, with nice pebble beaches suitable for families with children. The sea is beautifully clean with a gentle entry into the water. There is a small harbor from which you can set off on a trip to Split or Trogir. The problem is the narrow roads where it is difficult to avoid cars and people.

The Airport Split apartment was imaculate, comfortable and beautiful. I would stay there again and look forward to it. I was a bit confused when our taxi dropped us off. I thought it was a hotel not an apartment. It all worked out because one of the neighbors helped us and the owner also came to make us comfortable. It is a lovely apartment. There is a beach and a restaurant within walking distance and it is a 10 minute walk to the airport. It was great!

Slatine is a nice destination that you can reach by public transport from Split airport. You can easily visit both Split and Trogir by bus or boat. The village has a choice of nice beaches (pebbles and rocks), a small shop, and a few nice cafes and restaurants.

We appreciated the explanation of how to turn on the hot water and AC. The snacks in the fridge helped to fill the edge until we got to the restaurant. The entire apartment is clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay. We had to catch an early flight out and were able to easily walk to the airport from the apartment. I would definitely stay there again.

The town is such a picturesque place.
The town is such a picturesque place. The back alleys and main square made for great eating, drinking and walking. The busy marina makes for excellent boat and people watching. There are plenty of experience providers on the harbour if you wish to leave Trogir town to see some of the islands. Hotel Concordia opens up onto the marina, and had great staff and an outdoor bar. Trogir town was a great base for our boat departure, although it did mean we didn't visit Split itself. Loved it!
