Novel way to serve breakfast in a huge basket. It required two people to bring it into the room. The staff also provided extra items when asked, for example, milk for coffee. Excellent coffee, I wish we could have had two pots, one per person.

Absolutely amazing villa find outside of Jogja. The facilities are extremely clean and well kept. There are no bugs. The room setup is comfortable and refreshing. Every room has direct access to a shared pool. The view is absolutely stunning and rejuvenating. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They also speak English well if you cannot speak Indonesian. The room service food is absolutely delicious (especially the Soto and mie goreng). The villa is hard to find as it’s in the village in a small back alley but if you are looking for a stay outside of the city, with the intention of relaxing I can’t recommend this villa enough.

The hotel is right opposite the airport.
The hotel is right opposite the airport. As YIA is so far from the city, and there is a lot of traffic, travelling to the hotel opposite the airport the night before is a good idea, especially if you have an early morning flight. There is nothing to do at Temon. Essentially just an airport and a couple of hotels.
