Clean, quit and good view there

Everything was great about this property. Location, services, hospitality and cleanliness. The thing that stood out was staff’s attention to details and human touch. Will recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property during your visit to SriLanka.

This place was our best stay so far in Sri Lanka , the staff a very friendly and got upgraded to triple room with pool view, and welcomed us with drinks and smiles , the villa has two swimming pool which are stunning and clean, we couldn’t get enough swimming even it was raining but was good experience, the breakfast was great and overall the treatment we got was good , offering us complimentary water and drinks when we was in the pool was a great touch from the staff , definitely worth the stay and will recommend, will visit again once I come back to Sri Lanka

The location is very good. Easy access to beaches and easy access to main roads.

This place was fabulous! The room was much bigger than expected,almost twice as large as a standard room, and very comfortable and modern. The best thing was the view of the beach. There were so few people on the beach that it almost felt like your private beach. My wife and I stayed 4 nights and the food was so good that we ate there every night, enjoying the sound of the waves crashing as we dined. The staff gave superb service and we're incredibly friendly. There are only 3 rooms, so you'll be lucky to be able to get a room here.

The resort has a great location. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is yummy. We were greeted by Sajeeth, the hotel manager; he was very supportive during our stay. The resort is by the lake and the beach is across the road- literally five mins. You can also see the fishermen on stilts on this beach. Ahangama is only three kms. You can explore this town as you enjoy your stay at this hotel. You can do a boat safari in the lake or swim in the beautiful pools. So many options.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family and would definitely rate it 5 out of 5. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to recommend places to visit and restaurants in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and our room was comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and although the swimming pool was small, it was clean and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting the beach, Madol Doowa, and the museum. It was excellent value for money and very family-friendly. We traveled with our one-year-old child, and the staff were kind enough to help prepare food for her, which we really appreciated. We honestly have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again, and next time we’d plan for more than one day so we can fully enjoy both the hotel and the beautiful beach.

One of the best places I've stayed in. Beautiful house with a beautiful garden. The family that runs the place was extremely nice. The place is very quiet and serunded by jungle, but it is very close to the beach. Took me 3 minutes to walk with my surfboard to south-beach. I recommend it very much.

It sits on a very calm stretch of beach, right next to a surf spot in the area, which makes it ideal whether you want to relax by the ocean or catch waves nearby. The setting feels peaceful and unspoiled, yet it is centrally located in Ahangama, with easy access to everything around. The rooms are comfortable, well kept, and designed for a relaxed beachfront stay. What truly elevates the experience is the restaurant. The food is exceptional and easily among the best in Ahangama, with every dish prepared with care and quality ingredients. Between the calm beach, surf access, prime location, and outstanding dining, this property offers far more than it may first appear. It is one of those rare places that quietly exceeds expectations and stays with you long after you leave.
