The place is amazing, staff are too friendly, near to the city. Their breakfast was good. The manager even asked me if i needed any special meals for my pregnant wife.

The location is amazing, our room was upgraded, we had an awesome view with Jacuzzi in the balcony, the pool was awesome, and we had amazing seafood for dinner, the view from the pool was amazing as well

The fascilities, location, food, everything was great, but people make all the difference, Maadhavi, Trevor, Anugi, and Yamanthika were exceptional! Thank you, and STAY AWESOME!

When we opened the door, it was a big wow. It felt as if we had stepped into a place you normally only see in your dreams. My family and I love to be surrounded by beauty. One of my daughters is an interior designer for hotels all over the world, and even she was completely speechless. The photos on Booking.com do not capture the true beauty of this place. Every detail is perfect. Normally, when our family checks in somewhere, we immediately go out to explore the surroundings. But after arriving at Olinda, we stayed the entire day. We played in the pool together, relaxed, lounged, and simply enjoyed being with each other in a place that gives you such a wonderful feeling. The food and drinks were, of course, of the same excellent quality. After a perfect night’s sleep in one of the four rooms we had booked, we decided to take a tuk-tuk tour. It was a joyful experience. Galle is a beautiful historic place, and the ancient Buddhist rock temple is truly worth visiting a very old, pure, and peaceful place. We celebrated New Year’s Eve in Galle and had a lovely time. Leaving Olinda was hard. We truly felt at home, wrapped in warmth created by the wonderful crew. They are present with open hearts and that is exactly what you feel in this house. We are very gratefull to be here on our Sri Lanka tour

Literally everything: the amazing pool, the great food (breakfast and dinner), the very friendly and helpful staff all over, the great beds, the peaceful location next to the old Fort, the ocean views, huge rooms, beautiful interiors, beautiful garden, the styling, the overall experience (as if we were king and queen)

This place was our best stay so far in Sri Lanka , the staff a very friendly and got upgraded to triple room with pool view, and welcomed us with drinks and smiles , the villa has two swimming pool which are stunning and clean, we couldn’t get enough swimming even it was raining but was good experience, the breakfast was great and overall the treatment we got was good , offering us complimentary water and drinks when we was in the pool was a great touch from the staff , definitely worth the stay and will recommend, will visit again once I come back to Sri Lanka

The location was great. A beautiful building, comfortable room& great shower& quiet in a courtyard setting. Staff were very attentive & helpful

Everything was clean and well organized. The breakfast buffet was great, the dinner buffet was so good, so many varieties including freshly grilled prawns. I am definitely coming back.

The building - It’s truly a historical piece now available for all to enjoy. I love the iconic heritage building restored to highlight its originality. In addition, all the art decos are aligning to give this beautiful place a real “take me back” into the past. The rooms - love how spacious the rooms are. The beds were super super king size, you can easily fit a family of five in that room. Aircon and fan all throughout - very comfortable.d Bathroom - clean and spacious just the way I like, however no dental kit was provided, which didn’t faze as I have spare toothbrush always on me. Balcony - Sun lounge seating just to soak in the sun if one is wanting some heat on them Breakfast - beautiful breakfast served to your table for USD12 each. I swear the breakfast is a meal for for a king, from western to traditional Sri Lankan food, it doesn’t just stop there, followed by amazing local fruit and fruit juices. Oh! And not forgetting unlimited coffee and tea. The chef comes out to say hello and ask for reviews on his cooking whilst the waitstaff whose smile is the highlight of the breakfast table goes above and beyond. Front desk and bell services - I think I have said enough, I’m reviewing this place with a big green tick. Keep up the good job guys, I will certainly be back.

The staff was great! Kind and pleasant service Maryam the manager was amazing and gave us a feeling of home! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean! The breakfast is delicious and indulgent! All hotel facilities are clean! We have recommended to friends to sleep and we will also come back to visit for sure
