This is a great location if you´re planning a short-stop in Chetumal. It´s very close to the airport and the buses. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom even more so which can be hit or miss sometimes in Mexico, but not here. Great Wifi connection, access to multiple streaming services, warm shower, clean bed and room in a comfortable and convenient location.

Perfectly located between the airport and the pier, the room is very modern and has everything you need for a stay of several days. The hotel concept is excellent and well thought out, and the beds and pillows are the best :). The staff is also very friendly and helped us with everything we needed—highly recommended.

Cute little city with charming port. Easy to get around.

Cute little city with charming port. Easy to get around. We ate at La Brata... service was ok.. food was good...pricing was ridiculous! I am pretty sure I received the gringo pricing (Beware). (2) 8- piece wing orders, Grilled chicken salad, 2 margaritas was $120 USD.

Not the lagoon everyone is talking about (Bacalar) but it’s...

Not the lagoon everyone is talking about (Bacalar) but it’s close enough (20 min by car). It has the same color features as the other one and it’s great to swim in. Hire a kayak and you can venture into the small river on the west side… you won’t see a soul on it, it’s all mangrove so need to be very respectful of the surroundings, it’s as wild as it gets.

Very far out - very secluded

Very far out - very secluded Staff didn't introduce me to any possible excursions/ activities or what the resort offers Definitely felt like it was intentional. I would not recommend but I would love to explore Belize further with a new experience (hopefully better)

This is one of the sweetest, most cozy and simultaneously...

This is one of the sweetest, most cozy and simultaneously exotic places I have ever stayed. The rooms are little, perfectly clean, and the jungle grows--literally overnight while we slept. The folks there make yummy food, and there's a kitchen in case you'd like to make your own. They're building a pool! I can't wait to come back with my kiddos.

Not much happening here.

Not much happening here. Los Comales restaurant was great and it is 2 blocks from the Fiesta Inn. We arrived from Playa Del Carmen on the ADO bus and took a taxi to the Fiesta Inn. Main purpose for visiting Chetumal was to take the ferry to Belize.

Corozal is up and coming.

Corozal is up and coming. There are places to go at night but you really need to know where they are and or talk to the locals. Soon there will be a live music scene and everyone is looking forward to it!! The only "chain" I saw was Best Western in Belize City. NO fast food chains/restaurants which is great!! Just authentic, real food!!!

Xul-Ha is amazing for anyone who wants to have a break from...

Xul-Ha is amazing for anyone who wants to have a break from the busy city life and escape into nature. This isn't for someone who is looking for many things to do but rather for someone who wants to get lost in the beautiful scenery of Mexico. Here you can find wild snakes, monkeys, and other cool animals. You can dive in the lake, paddle, kayak, get lost in a book on a hammock... It's perfect for isolating yourself for a while to do work or recollect yourself before going back to the business of everyday life.

We Travelled all over Belize, this was one the most...

We Travelled all over Belize, this was one the most memorable experiences we had in our two weeks in the country, the owners live on site and are a wealth of information as they are Americans that have lived in this country for 20years and total get the Belizian people , we drove all over from here. Also flights from Corozal air strip . Cabanas are great with AC also found the best restaurants close by
