The property is just a mile from the airport. The room is very spacious, super clean, no smudges at all.
The price is affordable, the owner is very accommodating and super attentive. I have colds and cough during my 4 day stay. The owner brings me fresh oranges multiples times, and even prepare a beef Thai meal for
Me when I’m Under the weather and checking me, how’s my day everyday after doing some tours.

The hostel is very near the airport. We arrived past midnight and reception is only until 11pm or so but we were able to check in smoothly thru call. The hostel is also safe, clean and quiet. Great value.

The location is ideal if you’re coming from the airport, I walked straight from the plane to the hotel in about 20 minutes. There’s a 7/11 and laundromat right next door. Clean AC, hot water, balcony, great value. There’s also an incredible local food spot right around the corner!

I loved this apartment, it was comfortable, clean and roomy. I loved that I could catch up on laundry and that there was a receptionist, and even included airport transfer. I would highly recommend this place.

I loved this apartment, it was comfortable, clean and roomy. I loved that I could catch up on laundry and that there was a receptionist, and even included airport transfer. I would highly recommend this place.
This property offers good facilities and is conveniently located close to Chiang Mai city and the airport. Many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and laundry services are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and each unit includes a small kitchen with a stove and microwave.
It is a great, affordable option for families or travel groups. There is a night market nearby that operates every night, adding to the convenience and local experience. Breakfast is available for an additional fee, and airport transfers can also be arranged.
Overall, it provides a comfortable stay with easy access to amenities and attractions. Rooms are cleaned daily, and additional comforts such as a small TV and sofa make the stay even more pleasant.
I was taking a continued education class for a massage.
And the hotel is right around the corner of my school.
It's very perfect for me.
Highly recommend!

I saw someone here writing about a hidden gem - it truly was! We enjoyed everything about the facility. It was close to the airport so a little far from the old city but nothing else but great!

The jacuzzi is honestly amazing, and the fact that it's connected to the bedroom directly with the window is just beautiful design. I also loved the shower.

This hotel was as clean as a surgery room. Great location, walking distance to the Saturday market, surrounded by markets, and with a 24/7 Laundromat right as you walk outside - VERY comfortable, functional, 8 minute drive from the airport, just what we needed. Highly recommended.

Chiang Mai old town was my choice to stay and I do not regretted it. You don't need any form of transpotation as everything is walkable. Wear good shoes as the roads, pathways in the old town are not smooth. People with wheelchairs will have issues. You can find temples almost around every second corner. CM has some nice and surprisingly good museums. Plenty restaurants, bars to indulge yourself. Don't miss exploring all the narrow alleyways to find the good deals and to see the diversity of this old town.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and found it very comfortable, plenty of sights to see within a few hours drive, such a memorable experience. So much variety of food everywhere you go and shopping in general. Stick with the markets to shoes, clothes, jewelry, the big shopping centers are more expensive for the same thing, But the food selection in some is unreal.
Did this alone but would rather a partner.
One other thing to see that isn't listed is The World of Insects Museum, this is a private collection from around the world, other things besides insects too.

I was up even father north at first and after that Chiang Mai felt like being Europe, it is overcrowded with tourists.
Many western people are rude, demanding and loud, act like they own the place ( yes I am western myself but I do not like it). This is exactly why I leave Europe, but they just bring their arrogant loud attitude here.
It is my first time in Thailand and I love its nature and the Thai people, but honestly I decided not to stay longer because of these tourists and their arrogance.
Chiang Mai as a city was nice enough, not entirely what I expected, thought it would be more authentically Thai but I see pubs, kebab places and such, and wannabe hippies who think dressing like a clown makes them 'cool'. I prefer Bangkok honestly.
For the positive side, I really enjoyed Doi Suthep, the Thai boxing game with the ladyboys cabaret and it is possible to book at smaller ( real ethical) reservations to have a better experience with the elephants. Note: Washing and bathing with the elrphants is not ethical although many companies may claim so.

Really cool property! Spacious squeaky-clean contemporary rooms with plush and comfy beds. Great location: only a 5-minute walk to the South Gate of the Old Town, yet it’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The Ten Hotel at Haiya CNX is value for money with free yummy breakfast and easy access to CNX. Toon and all the staff are super-friendly folks :) we love it! and want to come back ❤️
