(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.

Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Very well located just a few steps from the tram. The restaurant service was also good we ordered in the room and the food was fresh and tasty. .

Location is very good with plenty of free parking and staff was also excellent, made us feel at home❤️. Receptionist was super friendly, same with chef and housekeeping. We will be back here for sure when we visit Kayseri❤️

The location is perfect. It is right in the center, yet very quiet. You can easily walk to Kayseri Castle, and there are shops and even a car wash nearby, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. There is also a very nice and tasty restaurant right next to the hotel. The hotel offers free parking, which is a big advantage. The parking attendant was a very kind and helpful gentleman, and the whole parking process was smooth and easy. The hotel is located in a historical area with old traditional Kayseri houses. It is actually a local landmark, and staying in such a beautiful historic house was a very special experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and authenticity. The room was very comfortable and warm, even during cold weather. The Wi-Fi worked well. The room was cleaned every single day, which is something I honestly have not seen in many hotels recently. That was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s a high end luxury hotel as you would expect from it. Perfect staff, quiet room. My only advice would be if you order room service you must try the club sandwich, it’s legendary. Also the Fettuccine pasta was amazing.

Perfect enough for its price, I enjoyed my isolation here without the disturbance of the external world, so much privacy and hidden. Good value and perfect receptionist. Highly recommended for budget travellers. Not speaking English, if necessary prepare your app translation. Hot shower and good Wi-Fi.

Location, facility, and people are excellent. It would be good for the hotel to have a small map for people coming out of town.
