I always wanted to come to Iznik, and I am glad that my trip happened with a stay at this hotel. It is in the perfect location within the town, and has everything. Great views of lake iznik, next to the main boulevard of the lake and to the center fo the town, great rooms and extremely kind staff. They also have a great clothes washing service if you need to use it. 11/10 rating if I could

The location is great, right by the lake and close to city center and many main attractions. The hotel itself is a jem, a very beautiful old building which has been nicely renovated and greatly decorated with a very green and calm back yard.
Our room was very spacious with a beautiful balcony to the lake, very clean and well decorated. The breakfast was perfect and served in the beautiful backyard. The staff and the owners were very helpful and always there to make sure everything is good. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again

This business is owned by a lovely family who was incredibly kind and helpful. I was there for work and needed help findind different archeological sites around town and Altu went beyond his way to guide me, drive me and show me around. Turkish hospitality at its finest. The hotel was right next to the lake, the room was comfortable, cosy and clean. I highly recommend this place and I will come back.
