Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the host. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a pleasant experience. I had a very late check in due to my flight and the host ensure this was a smooth process on check in also. Any questions or requests were handled promptly and with a smile. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything in perfect condition throughout my visit. The location was another major highlight. It was conveniently situated with easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants and the main hotspot and transportation options, making it simple to explore the area without any hassle. I was also impressed by the quality of the amenities. The facilities were simple, well-kept, and exceeded my expectations. Whether relaxing at the hotel or reading a book from the library, everything contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and a convenient location made my stay truly memorable. Property beautifully upgraded, very clean and extremely spacious. Fully accessible for my brother in his wheel chair. Felt extremely same. Both the owner and property manager are very responsive, helpful, and catering to our need. I recommend this property to anyone.

Canaan is a district that is at close proximity to amenities and beaches. I will tell anyone to select this location for staying purposes, as this will save you private transportation fees; furthermore, it is situated near to Crown Point(City of partying). This is such a fantastic location. Absolutely zero complains.

Unfortunately our stay was affected by several maintenance...

Unfortunately our stay was affected by several maintenance issues. There were large cracks in the walls that made us feel uneasy about the property's condition. The bathroom window was missing and had not been replaced, and the bathroom door was also missing. As a result, large numbers of mosquitoes entered the apartment every night, making it very difficult to sleep. We received multiple mosquito bites, and after two nights we moved our mattresses into the living room so we could close the door. Even though there was no air conditioning there it was better than waking up with our faces lumpy and bumpy from multiple mosquito bites and constantly disturbed by them buzzing around your ears. If these maintenance issues are resolved, the apartment would provide a really nice place to stay

Buccoo is a very small fishing village with numerous small shops and bars - all selling the same items. The nearest sizeable supermarket is some 3 miles away. There are two restaurants of note and very limited catering for vegetarians. And it can be a little noisy at times as the locals like to share their music with everyone within a couple of miles! The beach is amazing and the people are so friendly.

My trip was easy from the security to the housekeeper Kathy so pleasant. The owners of the property call to make sure we were comfortable. I scenery is amazing there is non a thing not to like highly recommend.

I love the location of this hotel.

I love the location of this hotel. Close to the Airport and it's practically on the beach. Store bay with it's delightful food and souvenirs are just outside the gate. The hotel bar serves up some delicious cocktails. Thoroughly enjoyed the Seafood chowder. 👍💯

Area caters for most tastes re restaurants and bars. I spent my whole evening at WONKY WINDMILL and enjoyed the food and drink there. Can be walked to from the Airport but I suggest a taxi as roads and pavements not always up to Western standards and the rain can make it very tricky to navigate. Lots of development going on but it was not noticeable during my stay at CANDLES. Andrew is a very good host - if you are new to the area, ask him for information

The beach is lovely, quite long.

The beach is lovely, quite long. You can go fir a walk on the beach. There are quite a few eating places there. Every Sunday evening there is a big event with music & a lot of local food & drinks.

The place was clean and had a pool ,not to far from the airport the host was helpful but you definitely need a car. It should have hooks over the bathroom door and outside area to hang your bathing suits and towels to dry the host took us to the airport that was nice 👍🏽
