Probably the nicest and best hotel experience I have ever had. The lighting and ambiance from the lobby, bar, room floors, and rooms themselves was absolutely gorgeous. Water and coffee available on every floor, comfortable rooms with updated HVAC systems, nice shower, clean everything. An absolute dream. Even the restaurant's food was legitimately fantastic.

You can get a kitchen with every room booking. (Not just suites). Very clean, digital safe in dresser, breakfast hours M-F end at 9:30am, later on weekends. Parking garage underneath. Very happy we stayed here!

I like everything: the room was very good, exactly as on photo: new, cozy, comfortable, spacious and clean, with microwave and coffeemaker. Breakfast very good for this price rate: fresh waffles, 2 types of eggs, bacon, sausages, potato, oats, fruits etc, whole hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and caring. 24h teas and coffee (even decaf:)

Winooski is a convenient place to stay based on the ease of driving into Burlington, which only takes 10 minutes. Had a lovely breakfast at Sneakers Bistro and a good lunch at Asian Bistro. The only downside is the frequent noise from aircraft coming in to land at the Burlington airport.

Burlington isn't what it used to be.
Burlington isn't what it used to be. I last visited 20 years ago, and while some areas have had a visual upgrade, the overall feel was pretty unsettling. The city really needs to address its homeless and drug problem.

This was a nice place to stay.
This was a nice place to stay. It was modern, clean, pleasant, and had all the amenities you might need if traveling. It was also close to the highway and easy to find if you don't know the area (like I did not) and wonder if it is convenient - it is.

Access to the surrounding area was very good.
Access to the surrounding area was very good. Lack of Restaurants in the local vicinity was very disappointing. Most places to eat were Sandwich, Pub type eateries. We loved Smugglers Gap and the Fall Colors, The Green Mountains also was a relaxing drive to see the Color Changes. We would avoid a First Floor Room a the Motel because they are very noisy when people above you walk around constantly in their room. The Motel could use some upgrades, Carpets, New Tubs, ( ours had been painted ). Good note, The Water in the Shower was extremely warm which felt nice on a chilled evening.

Very walkable city with great food options and shopping.
Very walkable city with great food options and shopping. Shops are not the typical national brands - local, proprietor owned businesses.
The shops do close early.
Easy access to the lake and the mountains. A 4 season city.

This hotel was very poorly run and maintained.
This hotel was very poorly run and maintained. When checking in, we were given the opportunity to open another credit card. This is not acceptable. The room that we were given was around and behind the front of the building . We drove over a driveway that was in major need of repair, and we had to park in front of two garbage dumpsters. The electrical plug in the bathroom did not work , and the rug was dusty and didn’t appear vacuumed. The room faced a chain linked fence. We did not feel safe. Yes, we should have requested a room up front. Booking.com should make a visit to the hotel. It does not meet the standards that we have experienced in the other hotels that we have used.

Clean charming city. Lake is beautiful. Love Church Street and park. Lots of construction a bit of a pain but to the general good. Easy ride from Western Massachusetts. Lovely weather this weekend too. My 4th time here. Usually we come up for the fireworks. This time for a wedding in Milton

Keep away this is a really shady place.
Keep away this is a really shady place. The beds smell like sweat and butt. There was blood on the carpet in the room. Some really shady people staying a few rooms down from me. This looks like a couple's or junkies motel. Do not bring your family here.
