Very nice. Easy to get to and from. The restaurant and bar was really nice. Food was excellent and our drink was excellent. The bartender was also our waiter. Did not get his name I’m sorry to say. He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

I stayed here for two days while waiting for my flight, and it was perfect. The location is near the airport, and they offer a convenient shuttle service to get you there. The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of American options like eggs, waffles, oatmeal and even sausage gravy! They provide coffee, tea, ice water and cookies at the front desk throughout the day. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast cook is amazing and cute —she even shared the sausage recipe with me! They also have treadmills for running.

We were there to visit the Creation Muesem and Ark Encounter...

We were there to visit the Creation Muesem and Ark Encounter. Both were over the top in entertainment and very informative, a truly fantastic adventure. Each visit took the better part of the day and really filled up our senses. Don't recomend back to back days - put a day outside in between to help process and refresh, but both come with our highest recomendation! Great food at each place also.

Nice place and easy to get to all the things you might need restaurant stores and highway and the people you meet love this place when I go to Kentucky I live in Pittsburgh PA my favorite place for hotels and restaurants each time I come down business in Cincinnati, but I stay in Florence

The hotel was inviting when we walked in.

The hotel was inviting when we walked in. The person checking us in was welcoming and seemed interested in making us comfortable. Our room was clean and fresh smelling and the perfect size. (Exactly what was shown on the computer site) We had a lot of travelling before we came here and it was a pleasant stay over night so we could catch our flight the next day. There were gas stations close by to fill our rental car (which parking is free), and restaurants close by for a snack or meal.We would come back here for a longer stay.

Shower pipes leaked.. cobwebs in bathroom..sheets were tobacco stained with burn holes.. breakfast was poor with few options.....tv was ok chairs were nice front desk lady in the morning was friendly but English was not her first or possibly second language

The breakfast was good. The location was convenient. The first bed was worn and rolled us toward the center. The second bed was better. The hotel is beginning to show its usage. I can still recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay, lots of shopping and eating.

Great place to stay, lots of shopping and eating. Very clean. Friendliness of people was nice. We ate at Red Robin, Hunter our server took excellent care of us, we had drinks and French fries there twice. Chilli was good, and cracker barrel. Wanted to eat at the local places but ran out of time. Loved this location cause it's between Cincinnati and Lexington so we got to go to both cities easily. This town has walmart and target, sams club and Costco. Really nice place to stay.

We extended our stay both times when we stayed for the Cincinnati reds game only 15minutes away. Their staff is amazing,helpful,kind,respectful,friendly especially overnight staff Aaron. Their lobby is beautiful with a fountain and cozy area with tasty me and husband enjoyed and relaxed. Atmosphere is quiet they have all types of vending machines from miscellaneous items food fruit and even beer or seltzer and water soda etc. Their restaurant is so good and prices amazing their breakfast only $13 a person was buffet and delicious. Their heated pool was amazing with workout room right in view. Hotel is so clean rooms amazing beds and pillows was okay could be better, besides that only hotel we will be staying at now when we visit Cincinnati.

I enjoyed the city, the greenery, the choices of restaurants...

I enjoyed the city, the greenery, the choices of restaurants. My favorite was Mexican food. The Taco Bell staff members were especially polite and caring. We forgot a cane from one of our ladies and the kept it behind the counter until we got there. We appreciated it very much.

Florence is a busy place.

Florence is a busy place. We chose it because it was in between Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and easy to get back on highway to head home. There is so much to do in the area, but it was over 90 degrees the day we arrived and the next day that we didn't get around to the Stringtown Park which was what I had planned for the first day we arrived. We could have stayed another week and not covered all there is to do in the area - if you want to deal with 71/75 and Cincinnati traffic.

Very close to airport and short 30 min drive to The Ark...

Very close to airport and short 30 min drive to The Ark Experience which was breathtaking. We are returning between Day after Thanksgiving to end of year for Christmas lights display. This hotel was a good deal. Amazing local place to eat, a must dining experience to go to is at Greyhound Tavern. You won't regret doing all these things.
