The facilities were very classy, in excellent condition, and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were very comfortable. There was plenty of parking space and the hotel was easy to find and access. We were very pleased.

The convenient location to the I71. We needed a quick hotel to get out of the bad weather and Kiersten at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Maddy in the restaurant kept us entertained. She is just amazing and we can’t say enough about the 2 girls. The chef ( did not get his name) is a very upstanding person. He stayed behind to make sure Maddy closed up safely. The view of the city was breathtaking.

Room 311 was very nice, clean. Romm was remodeled. Parking lot is shared with a holiday inn at twice the rate. Pleasantly suprised. Staff was professional and fast. Fast food and pizza and party store within walking distance!

Sheri (I believe ) at the front desk was above and beyond! I honestly hope management understands what an asset she is to this business! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and having four pillows on each bed was great! Breakfast was really good as well. This will definitely be my hotel of choice anytime I'm in the area.

Staff was phenomenonal. Room itself was great, bed was ok, couch, ick. Happy hour "snacks" were awful. Ordered from menu which was just ok. Lobby is beautiful and staff great, but it is freezing cold!!

We found this Covington condo remarkable. The historic old world mansion with it's amazing interior is impressive. Very walkable to many restaurants and bars and to the old John A. Roebling Bridge built in 1867 which we crossed to Cincinnati. The condo (it's really a mansion) was well stocked with plenty of towels, utensils etc.
