The hotel location is in the heart of flushing , many restaurants nearby and downstair is shopping mall. It's take 10-15 min to laguardia airport and about 25 min to JFK. I went to downtown Manhattan everday , it's very easy to take subway line 7 to Times Square ,it takes about 35 -40 minutes , which is quite comfortable because flushing is the first stop to Manhattan , so a lot of seats , and from times square back to flushing also .Every staffs are very nice .The receptionist Jessica , is very nice and very polite. I took the free shuttle bus to Laguardia airport ,the driver ,Sammy is very nice also . I will stay here again next time. Just noted that the breakfast is not the line buffet , it's in the menu that you can choose just one , but anyway it's very good quality.

This hotel is at 29 walking minutes from Citi Field. Facilities and breakfast were great. It is also near Flushing station for people using the trains. You can walk to Queens Crossing for Asian food. Staff were very kind. We loved it.

Nice neighbourhood - not too far away from Manhattan, very accessible by public transportation, a lot of great food options. I also found it pretty clean and safe, except for Roosevelt Ave, than runs under the subway line.

This trip was very nostalgic for my husband who went to Flushing high school 65 years ago. We ate at When in Bangkok and and Il Nocello. Both were excellent meals and we highly recommend them to anyone who likes good Italian food and good Thai food.

I felt safe in this hotel.
I felt safe in this hotel. Very quiet and just a walking distance to all these restaurants and stores. I was very impressed that it’s very clean and had no issues with noise. Stay here. You’re near the airport, shopping areas and it feels like you are in Egypt.

If I needed to stay somewhere near JFK for a flight the next day, I would definitely not stay at a Comfort Inn. I would spend the extra $50 to $100 to get a decent room, a quicker shuttle from the airport to the hotel (there was no problem the next day from the hotel to the airport). Spend the extra money, you'll be glad you did.

The request I made to booking.com was not aligned with what hotel booking I received. I required two queen beds and a sofa or Pullout bed and breakfast included, ut the room I got only had two queen beds with no option for a sofa bed or roll out bed or third person. Moreover, But Not only was there no breakfast included, there was not even coffee in the lobby. The Westin at LaGuardia Airport in Flushing only merits a five out of 10 and my estimation for it also messed up on the invoice, charged for Internet service when it said that guests would not have to pay that extra $12.95 fee. For nearly $400 for a one-night stay it is sadly disappointing and I do not appreciate the booking.com arrangement for it did not align.

Jackson Heights is a wonderful area of Queens. Family area with many wonderful parks and interesting streets. The population is quite diverse and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area that make shopping convenient. Safe neighborhood.

The hotel and room was very nice.
The hotel and room was very nice. We just wish the cleanest was the same . It was stuff in the shower and toilet area that was stuck on the walls . The best part was the bed . I wish I cud take that home . Very comfortable but did have stains on the the sheet . The bar was never open. The restaurant food was horrible and over priced. Looks like they never got any business in there. The parking was limited . One night we got back to the room and cudnt find parking and there was no parking on the street. Overall good experience tho.

This place was dirty and the sheets were not clean, the fire alarm was not installed correctly and was not even activated, fire hazard. Room had trash on the floor underneath the bed so you know they don't clean thoroughly. The neighborhood is loud as heck at night even 2 am, which is not their fault but there wasnt any curtains to dampen the sound. Im sure that soundproofing was not even on their mind making the hotel.

Everything is close. A bus + subway away.
Everything is close. A bus + subway away. Not every bus/train station is accessible. I was lugging around my toddler, stroller, car seat and luggage initially and unfortunately realized that not every station had escalators - and some stair cases were pretty steep. But I chalk that up to my inexperience. The people of Queens by and large felt like salt to the earth people and when they saw my plight, were helpful and kind in assisting me on several occasions. Also, when navigating an using google maps, click wheelchair accessible. I learned that towards the end of my trip and it made commuting with a stroller much easier! And google maps does not work when you're underground, so take note of your stops.
My advice if attempting to get to Staten from Queens: Use the Ferry ( free to use, provides great view of NY and departs hourly) to avoid expensive uber rides. Otherwise you will pay double toll fees. i.e. from LGA to Staten, it would have cost us $200 with uber fees. But if you Uber to the Ferry that will be ~$50 and uber after the ferry another ~$50. That's a savings of ~$100.
Also, the QGA70 link provided a a very crowded but free bus ride from LGA to our hotel in La Guardia.
I look forward to visiting again in the future, God willing.
