Shah checked us in and he was exceptional in every way. An astute professional and first point of contact. Please thank him for us as we were so jet lagged from flying into Logan from Australia. Then the night time staff were wonderful as our luggage was delayed and came in at 1.30am. Please thank your night time crew for all of their assistance. What a wonderful place to recover from such a tough trip. The pool was so nice too and helped us recover.

Dori was the initial person I met. I was worried because I was attending my graduation so I was a little nervous being in a new city. She was very helpful. She was able to tell me the best time to leave as well as making sure to expedite my room being available because she didn’t want me just sitting waiting since I was alone very personable high levels of Customer Service. She is truly an asset.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool temp was not too cool & not too warm but the Spa was closed our entire week. The office area had outdated software and i couldnt log into my email. Our king size room was great size (1 adult, 2 teen daughters & our furrylove) and clean. Breakfast was great and the free coffee, cookies & fruit until midnight was great! Decent size outside areas for dogs, outside patio was closed off. Could use extra trash bucket, vending machine = crazy money so bring snacks & drinks. So many dining or take out just a few minutes away.

I've never had this negative of a reaction from an area I visited, and I have been to plenty including large cities in third world countries. The vibe is just negative and creepy from the get-go. The choice of restaurants was mundane, and the Vietnamese place I visited was expensive and subpar. Should have gone to the Airport Diner instead since it is run by the Common Man chain and I know they're very good. But I don't know, maybe the Manchester bug would have infected that place too. Also if you need a meal past 10:00 you are shit out of luck. I stopped by a convenience store to grab some junk food to tide me over the night and this guy was rude to me, with attitude about my purchases, from the get-go. Yeah dude, go ahead and be superior, you're working the overnight shift in a crappy convenience store. I hated this town for the moment I drove into it. A friend of mine was assaulted and threatened with her life if she did not hand over her purse. This was someone who jumped into her car as she was leaving the Arts Center at night. Granted this was a number of years ago but given the chaos I witnessed downtown and the literally hundreds of vehicles driving by with ear shattering deafening music I'm sure nothing has changed, enforcement seems to be nil.

It was a decent place to stay.

It was a decent place to stay. However, people have to know that because they allow pets, some of your room furniture maybe damaged. There were no bugs however in the place was generally clean. And quiet. But because there are family allowed if you want a quiet place there might be some occasional screaming of kids. Other than that it was all right. Because I have raised five kids, kid noise didn't necessarily bother me, however I would not want to be right next to a room with children because you could hear the noise.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. We had meetings nearby so did not visit the city. I did meet a friend for lunch at Wrap City and it was delicious with many choices but not a fancy place.

The hotel was easy to find. We were only there overnight so we really didn’t explore Bedford, but the hotel was in a nice neighborhood. We would recommend the area and would definitely stay here again.

The facility was fine.

The facility was fine. My only issue is what I refer to as the "toddler toilet". For a person who had spinal surgery and knee replacement surgery those low toilets are and were extremely uncomfortable and painful to use.

During my visit I spent time in Nashua, NH.

During my visit I spent time in Nashua, NH. Although the hotel is technically in Merrimack, it is more mid-way between the two town's downtown areas. I highly recommend Nashua, it is a recovering and growing Boston bedroom community situated over the border in New Hampshire that remains fundamentally New Hampshire while also being very lively and interesting. Nashua is experiencing a renaissance, it offers an active and interesting night life, great food, coffee, beer and entertainment in a small city package, plus easy access to Boston or points north in New Hampshire or Vermont.

I love staying at Sleep Inn.

I love staying at Sleep Inn. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The walls are not thin so you hear nothing on the outside of the room. The window opens all the way up instead 2 inches so you can actually feel the air come in. I love the sliding door on the bathroom it’s a cool feature. Decent breakfast for not having the hot breakfast due to remodeling going on. I would definitely recommend to anyone that asks for a good place to stay.

It's a beautiful old city with a lot of historical buildings. It was a lot of fun just driving around looking at all the sites. Busy but not crowded streets made it simple to get were we needed and everyone we met was friendly. There were plenty of parks for resting at and food options were good.

This place has a serious bug problem, the bugs be crawling all over the walls and ceiling. No breakfast was served just coffee which was false advertisement. It smells like Marijuana in the hallway and elevator. FYI, don't stay here, it's not worth your money!
