I went through several cities during my visits in south...

I went through several cities during my visits in south floriday. it was unfair for other cities because during my stay they had high tide which made the beach not pretty and unenjoyable. there for Sarasota was the best place i have stayed. If I ever visit florida again, i will most likely stay in sarasoto and 1 other place. Sarasoto is a must for me.

We absolutely loved our first visit to Longboat Key. I can't wait to return. It's now one of my favorite places to go. Our trip was short, so we look forward to coming back and seeing more of this area.

I just wanted to take a moment to express how perfect this...

I just wanted to take a moment to express how perfect this home was during our stay. The location was incredibly convenient to Anna Maria Island beach and other nearby amenities, which made our experience even better. The home had everything we could possibly think of needing, and it was spotless upon our arrival. It looked just like the pictures, which was so reassuring! Thank you for providing such a fantastic place to stay. I look forward to staying again!

The beaches and laid back environment.

The beaches and laid back environment. Make sure you enjoy the live music in Siesta Key Oyster Bar and delicious breakfasts at Another Broken Egg cafe. The sunsets you can see from the beach are truly stunning.

We enjoyed cocktails and dinner at the Riverside Waterfront...

We enjoyed cocktails and dinner at the Riverside Waterfront Restaurant, breakfast at D’s and a delicious local fish sandwich at Poppi’s place for lunch one day. The night we arrived there was a free movie in the park so we wandered over to enjoy that! Great scene, cute little town in a convenient location pivotal to other activities.

There were great places to eat and it was close to the beach...

There were great places to eat and it was close to the beach and to unique shops. I can see where young couples would enjoy the night life with outdoor seating and live music. My visit was for the weekend so I didn't get to go to a lot of places or visit the shops, but the next time I visit, I will do a lot more. A great city with a lot to do or just relax by the beach.

We stayed for 3 nights at a beach front resort. The views were spectacular and the beach was steps away from our door. The condo had puzzles, games, books, chairs, and everything was renovated. It was a great stay. We enjoyed the Mote Aquarium, Harry’s Kitchen, Tyler’s Ice cream, and Lazy lobster. It’s close to lots of activities and food without the crowds of siesta Or Sarasota.

Loved the Bradenton area. Beaches were beautiful . We were there the first week of May 2026 and always found free public parking. Water was warm at this time of year. Not too busy so it was a perfect time to visit. Restaurants & bars were close. Very easy to get around. Already planning for next year!

Beach access was a value itself.

Beach access was a value itself. Location to beach was walk distance apt was clean and cozy perfect for 2 people. Apt was fully stocked with everything we needed. Driving in town was convenient and easily manageable most services and resturants were reached with ease.

Old and bad smelling house. Peeling pain on the bathtub. Tiny shower. Old carpeting. Horrible doors and windows. The kitchen is old and kind of rusty. Moldy outdoor/entrance area. Horrible location and neighborhood. We left after 2 nights there and moved to a beautiful place in downtown Sarasota. Palmetto house was cheap but what you get is even cheaper... don’t ruin you vacation and look elsewhere. We spent almost one month in Sarasota

Location, location, location. The hotel is less than five minute drive from the SRQ airport. Short distance is really helpful when we need to fly real early next morning like 4:30 AM to return the rental car then be at the gate more than one hour before the departure time The bathroom is outstanding and updated.

The Kompose Sarasota is walking distance to the SRQ airport terminal (sidewalks are a bit poor) but this was a lovely hotel after a long day of delayed/cancelled flights. Lobby and check in are fantastic and easy, and the room is comfortable, modern and fresh. It looks a bit austere at first glance but is actually very trendy and has everything you need
