The beach by the Sandbar was the best; the gulf was gorgeous...
The beach by the Sandbar was the best; the gulf was gorgeous. Love to dine at the Sandbar Restaurant outside. Also the Waterfront Restaurant with the view of Tampa Bay. Disappointed that the pier was closed.

Easy access to Publix (grocery store), local restaurants, such as Gulf Drive Cafe, easy beach access, beautiful sandy beaches and nice Gulf waters. Has been a favorite vacation spot for our family for well over 50 years!

Worst bed I ever experienced in a property.
Worst bed I ever experienced in a property. Described as beachfront, but had a tiny sliver of beach on the bayside that was unusable for beach chairs and umbrella. There were cockroaches in the living room. Property had a dangerous step down from the bedroom to the living room. Parking space width was almost too narrow to enter and exit our vehicle.

Anna Maria was a super cute beach town.
Anna Maria was a super cute beach town. We only stayed one night but it definitely wasn't enough. There are many different restaurants to try including ice cream shops. Gift shops and coffee shops were also nice. The beach is amazing its just parking might be tough.

Most beautiful beach community in Florida. Walkable, safe, no high rises or overdeveloped strips. Love the quiet streets, walking distance to quaint shops and restaurants, beaches are simply spectacular! Miles of powdery soft sand, clearest turquoise water, peaceful
no loud resorts, big hotels, etc… no development, other than homes on northern end, Bean Point and piers are breathtaking. Enjoyed Harry’s grill and Grub restaurants in particular. Walkable, good for biking, relaxed vibe!
Traffic on and off the island at times can be quite heavy, which kept us from venturing down to Bradenton Beach/historical pier during busy times.

Liked Daqueri Deck Bar happy hour!
Only disappointment for food was Sandbar restaurant!
We rented golf cart but would recommend car.
Liked local artist jewelry and shops especially Charms!
Did not use trolley!
Loved hiking beaches in mornings!

Fabulous position a few hundred metres walk from a beautiful white sandy beach. Comfortable home and a secure setting for a young family. The home included all major appliances you would expect like a washing machine, a good oven, ice maker etc. Very clean & lots of bathroom & pool towels etc. Shaded pool area and the pool was heated sufficiently and had lots of pool accessories like blow up seats etc. The property had items that could be taken to the beach like foldaway chairs, buckets & spades etc.

The open plan layout was nice with a large veranda and good sized bedrooms. The pool was also lovely. The location is great, close to the beach and plenty of cafes and restaurants, within walking distance.

The location was spot on. Everything we love on Anna Maria was a short walk away. The apartment itself was great,small, well equipped,really clean,perfect for a few days at the beach.
