Enjoy an open, breezy floor plan, a shaded deck where you can dine and play cards. Best of all, this dog-friendly home sits within easy walking distance of Pine Street and the white sand beach! This home is ideally located only one block off Pine Street, where you'll find an assortment of local boutiques, casual eateries, and fine island dining. Various beaches are also well within your reach, including the white sand shores of the Gulf of Mexico (three blocks away) and the famous Bean Point (one mile northwest). Take a fishing trip to Rod and Reel Pier while enjoying views of the bay, and find plenty of live music and island events on Bridge Street nearby. Things To Know: Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for 32 dollars per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
