IrelandThe location was great, between three metro stations all serving various lines around Tokyo. It was easy to get to Shibuya, central Asakusa or further afield from the stations. The room was small, as is typical in Japan, but they were economical about space and I could easily store my luggage under/at the foot of the bed. Cleaning staff also came daily to remove trash and replace any towels as needed. I had a great night's sleep here - it was totally dark and quiet.
The laundry room was on the ground floor next to reception which was good as they policed this well to ensure no guest was hogging the machines with their clothes. I availed of the luggage forwarding service and staff were extremely helpful to me in organising this, they printed my label and explained clearly how it would work. Recommended!

Small room(they all are in Tokyo) but very comfy, magnificent view on the city from 23th floor. Rooms have literally everything you need including authentic japanese toilet. Our room felt really cozy with the view of the city and all the lights. Hotel is located about 5min to the nearest metro station. It has konbini located in the basement and pool on the rooftop(though its charged extra 1000yen) which would be nice to know in advance.

Ear cleaners, shoe horn bath robes, electric toilet, Japanese deep bath, STRONG shower pressure, pillows just the right height, everything perfect!
The suitcase can be slid open under the bed.

Great location because it's close to multiple metro lines and also walking distance to the Japanese parliament (Diet building). Walking distance to Akasaka business district and many Japanese, Korean and international restaurants. Quiet place.

Good location opposite the station and a Lawton’s opposite too.
Spotlessly clean, replenished towels, toiletries and coffee / tea daily.
Free to use hot baths and an outside pool (chargeable).
Breakfast was good nice and varied, Japanese and western choices.
Excellent stay, thank you for your hospitality.

I loved my stay in this APA hotel. A friend introduced me to this hotel chain I didn't know (as a foreigner), and I was really satisfied. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious for a single guest, lots of appliances and comforts. I would visit other APA joints somewhere, they are really organized and keep the guest informed of all the aspects of the stay with an infotainement system that fits well with my OCD. Best part: staff was super nice, always smiling and helpful.

A simply great hotel, like all APA hotels. Very efficient, sophisticated and modern room. Extremely clean. You should request a room on a high floor in advance, there is a fantastic view of Tokyo! Onsen is great and really fun to end up relaxing there after a long day in the city. The breakfast is simply delicious, with great traditional Japanese food. I had a great stay at this hotel!

Location good, although confusingly there is another APA hotel a few hundred meters away! Almost no English ability among the staff. They try to redirect you to a machine as much as possible, but when arriving after a very long journey, it's nicer to be helped by a human being. For a Japanese business/chain hotel, it was just okay--nothing close to special. Breakfast menu limited and boring.
