AustraliaThe hotel was so lovely. I really enjoyed the tatami flooring and the act of having to take your shoes off once you entered the venue. The staff were amazing and the customer service impeccable. Sensoji Temple was in walking distance and the surrounding area was so lively.

Super clean, friendly and even a private onsen for customers to use inside (most days I went there was no one there so it felt very private). Excellent location. Movie nights on Mondays! Walk away from the botanic gardens, right beside the train station. I just had the most wonderful stay here.

Great place to stay ! You need the car to get there, but it is a lovely place. The room was big, confortfull, very clean with tatami big corner. the hot spring (Onsen) is amazing. Silence everywhere. Machines for food, drinks and ice cream.
Very good place to visit Hakone and Lake Ashi.

Excellent unit with fantastic views of mount fuji and the area. Sauna and Onsen, hot spring was amazing. Like your own resort. Unit was modern and clean. Great welcome package with excellent selection and amount of food (enough for 1 dinner and 1 breakfast) and alcohol (enough for our 4 days). There was also a foot bath on the balcony facing the lake that made drinks or morning coffee a wonderful experience. We will rent again if ever back to Hakone.

Everything was perfect. Great location close to the station and alot of shops nearby. Room was big and spacious. Very clean. Comfortable futon beds.
The natural hotspring onsen was very clean and so relaxing especially the open Air bath.
This is a really nice Ryokan perfect for relaxing and soaking in onsen.
Breakfast and dinner was plentiful and well presented.

Large and many hot spring baths (onsen) in traditional style outside and inside. Tea is at disposal right at the entrance of onsen with relaxing corner and peaceful view of the mountain. Private onsen is great. Staff made the bed on tatami while we were out for dinner (theh asked while check-in to choose time for dinner and breakfast). Good organisation. Super welcoming staff.

The environment was peaceful and chill. Very clean rooms and facilities and I enjoyed the footbath and private onsen. The lounge had free flow snacks in the afternoon and very comfy. Didnt feel like going out after check in :) It's very ideal for solo travellers as we can hang out in places besides the room. The room i stayed in came with a nice mountain view.
