Serviced apartments in Serfaus

Breakfast was great. And the sauna area was also nice. The meals at the dinner were great but there was not very much diversity during our stay of 10 days (multiple repetitions of the same menue).

Very friendly staff, great location and facilities, overall very nice family run accommodation. We liked it a lot how open they were to help us with any information we need, accommodate having small; kids at the bistro and just be super nice and pleasant all the time.

Spacious rooms decorated with old wooden feel, modern kitchen, amazing wellness section, and close to the cabe cars. We visited in summer and enjoyed all the attractions for kids in the mountains.

It was just an incredible stay. We travelled with 4 families from Shanghai to Fiss. The check in and handover was smoothly and even a short noticed room change from our side was handled cooperative. It’s a quite comfortable place with a lots of activities provided from the owner in the evening for kids and adults. We will definitely come back.

Apart hotel is a good hotel. Ladis is also a nice location.

This was our second stay in winter and the location is top. Just a short walk to the start of the ski lifts, and you can leave your ski gear in dedicated hotel lockers at the lift so you don't have to carry it backwards and forwards. The hotel and holiday apartments are all immaculately clean, very spacious and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The kids play room near the breakfast area is a great little feature too. The breakfast is fantastic and there are even plenty of gluten free options for Coeliacs on request (including the best GF croissants we've found since the diagnosis). I have to say the area looks like a great place to visit during summer and autumn as well.
