simple, yet very well equipped, clean and modern room. the location has a great public transport connection to the city (Tram and Bus). Close to the Allianz Arena if you plan to visit a match and easy to reach only by 1 bus and 3 U-Bahn stops that run well over the midnight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can park your park in a clean and secure underground garage for extra 20 EUR per night. Overall, great value for money.

The simplicity how all things were available

Great decoration and great view from the room. Very well equipped with all appliances to feel at home. Right next to train and underground station allowing easy access to the city.

Clean and spacious modern room. The breakfast was good. The parking garage is part of the hotel complex and you can get to it straight from your room via elevator. Exceptional value!

A small suit was comfortable for my family with two kids. The staff is very kind and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed early check-in. The hotel is near the transportation and also it is possible to walk to the center.

The best host you can have. Smoothy communication via what's app. He keeps our luggage for our return. Very convenient location and good price. He scanned the papers that my mother forgot.

Spacious facility close to town attractions and transit. For the price the four full size beds provide was a huge plus eventhough we didn't need them. Kitchenette amenities were excellent, great expresso machine. Security was top-notch. Would stay here again. Highly recommend this stay.

I’ve been a longtime user of Booking.com having booked many dozen accommodations in many places. I have never so disappointed in this property. It was not at all like it was shown in the pictures. It was dirty, scary, and would not accommodate 2 adult couples as it was represented. We declined to stay at the property since it was so poor and unsafe looking. I’m hereby asking for my $446 to be refunded by either Holidu or Booking.com. This property was completely misrepresented.

Location was quite good, ~10min walk from main train station and similarly to key sites. Check-in process was easy, communication was very good throughout. Apartment was clean, with refrigerator and washing machine. A/C functioned well.

Stayed at Appart - Aldars 6 Munich and had a wonderful experience. The location is truly strategic—just a few minutes’ walk to the old town, making it very convenient to explore the city. The apartment was also easy to find, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. We were warmly greeted by the staff, who kindly helped us with some of our bags—such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The apartment itself is very spacious, perfect for families or groups, and it comes fully equipped with complete amenities and a well-prepared kitchen set. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay in Munich. Highly recommended!

Spacious and good location and had washing machine

Excellent location, our room had the best view of the ferris wheel (we were right beside the top of the ferris wheel). For less than Eur300 we got a huge room with a sala and working area, a huge balcony, kitchenette with small dishwasher, plus small washing machine.

Clean, modern, great design, good location, self-serve, bed with soft mattress, kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher. Shower had very good pressure. Good ventilator.

Everything. The roof Terrace is excellent and 24/7 open. Sit down,get your coffe and enjoy the view. Clean, parking poss around (not in the garage - 18€ per day),bike parking. Room modern with welcome drinks. Sound proof room.

This property was perfect for a three person stay. It was very clean, quiet and spacious. It was very nice to have two separate rooms (with doors) to offer TV watching and talking while others slept. There was a washer, but we didn't have to use it. There was a very nice balcony facing into the courtyard of the building. The bathroom was large offering a very nice shower and hot water, towel drying rack, toilet, bidet and sink. A hair dryer and shampoo/liquid soap were also available. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location was very convenient and close to our travel plans. We would definitely stay there again!
