Big and modern room with a spacious bathroom, everything seemed new and clean. Small kitchen with utilities, towels and toiletries included. Very good breakfast. We weren’t disturbed by the neighbours.

I liked that the room had a microwave and, unlike other hotels where the cleaning staff comes in every day and you have to leave the room while they clean, here nobody disturbed us. I also liked that the check-in and check-out went very quickly.

I asked the staff to change my room due to an accident I had when I checked in. They agreed instantly. The room was well insulated from the noise and cold. The desk was comfortable for working. The kitchenette was enough for cooking my meals. The windows are huge and allow for a lot of daylight inside. There's a shared lobby space for working. It's very nice. Over there you can meet new people. There is a Nintendo switch and boardgames in the lobby.

I think the location is great. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Kitchenette and also very close to metro and a huge supermarket

Absolutely beautiful space, and quite large. It was very convenient to the central markets of Hamburg and to the central train station. Will certainly stay again.

I loved that the rooms were so well equipped with everything you could need. Washing machine, dish washer and the supplies needed to run them. A kitchen with a table and chairs, a couch, closet, mirror, bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. Helpful reception staff 24/7. My son is in a wheelchair, so they moved us out of our room, which was already a good size to a room with disabled facilities such as a shower chair and bathroom safety rails. Also super central, with easy public transport right outside the hotel. Very happy and impressed!

Clean and confortable room, perfectly located at the heart of the city!

It is really not easy to find such a clean, comfortable room in such a good location. Moreover, the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. We came 3 girls. We stayed in a room with two separate rooms and two separate bathrooms. It was a very comfortable holiday. Thank you very much.

Location near main train station and local transport links. Studio apartment was roomier than expected with large windows. Adequate simple kitchen facility with minimal utensils. Clean and updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets and adequate towels. Good heating and wi-fi. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful, when on-site. One felt "safe" once inside the apartment building. Despite some negatives mentioned below, we were OK once we knew what to expect and would be prepared to book there again.

The host, Sebastian, was fantastic and very flexible with getting us checked in. The place was quite very close to a lot of activities. Great place!

The friendliest reception staff I've encountered in years. They answered all my questions, accommodated all the requests and were incredibly nice! The rooms themselves are great, new, clean, really well equipped. We had a great time.

The size of the room, decoration, matrasess, the variety of the utensiles were very satisfied. Also the location was not the city center, but close to the s-bahn station. There is a shopping mall close to the apartment040 and the neighborhood made us also feel very safe.

As soon as I walked into this suite, I was amazed by the wonderful harbor view and spaciousness of the lodgings. The suite was very luxurious with a large sitting area, minimalist desk out of the way in the corner but still accessible, numerous seats, and an impressive retractable wall where the television was mounted. Because of this retractable wall, one can open up the bedroom to the sitting area for easy access, or keep it closed for privacy. I arrived before check in time hoping to leave my luggage, but they had the room ready for me already. The bathroom is very spacious with a shower and a separate tub. There is also a separate small WC in a different room from the bathroom with the shower, but both have toilets. The kitchen is small but offers all the amenities one might need, with two cook tops, Nespresso machine, kettle, small refrigerator, and dishwasher. One of the most impressive features is the harbor view, where one can watch a steady parade of enormous seagoing vessels glide by, and the view at night is even better. The location is very good, steps away from the Elbe and great options for dining and nightlife. The famous Shellfischposten and Köhlbrandtreppe are directly across from the boardinghouse. The promenade, U-boot museum, Alter Elbetunnel, and others are within walking distance. There is fine dining in several locations a few blocks west, and the Fischmarkt for a quick bite. Public transportation is accessible, although often requires climbing stairs. One tip is the 111 bus goes from Hamburg Altona Bahnhof to Grosse Elbstrasse a few blocks away from the boarding house. If arriving to Hamburg by train, consider going to Hamburg Altona instead of the Hbf and you won't have to climb stairs. Hamburg Altona is also an Sbahn stop which gives one access to other parts of Hamburg with just a few connections.
