Centrally located, friendly staff and good value for money. :)

The location was very convenient to Hamburg Airport, which made it very easy to get to my flight. It is also very close the U-Bahn station which gives you access to several Hamburg places. The staff was VERY friendly and the place is immaculate.

I not like this hotel 😒 but the stuffs not good

The accommodation is near to everything. There are no transportation after the hamburg fire works in new year and everybody must walk. It's a good thing that Pension am Rathaus is in the center. I would like to go back there.

Easy checkin, nice location , easy access to public transportation

This is a nice, small place that calls itself "hotel", but is run more like a lodge. Breakfast is served every day and rooms are done every day, too, but the reception is not always occupied as one would expect in a hotel. But it's always possible to obtain the key for the room, it's a call to the administration (number at the entrance) and they tell you a code for a key box. The building is nice and old, I would call it Victorian style. Rooms are nicely renovated.

+ The place was clean and fairly quiet. + Nobody disturbed us; we were left to ourselves, which was nice. + The owner was incredibly friendly and left very detailed instructions on how to find the room — it made a really good impression. + Other guests were also quiet, and the quiet hours after 10 PM were respected. +Wi-Fi was great and worked perfectly.

Room was clean and comfy, ideal for a one night stay we had. Breakfast is simple but meeting all expectations for a reasonable price like this.

It doesn’t have the simple things such as kettle but it’s amazing as it’s close to town and other facilities
